We stayed for two nights. The hotel wasn't too bad. The room was very dreary. The sheets and towels were clean but had seen better days. Everything in the room seemed dull and needed a freshen up. I don't think we would rush to book into that hotel again. more

This hotel was the best price ($62) and had all the basics: A clean room, safe parking, the pool was indoors across the street at the Holiday Inn, warm chocolate chip cookies at check in, friendly staff, a nice breakfast area, and it was close to everything. Hotel very clean. The location is so great to get to many locations in Portsmouth! A very short drive to Rye Beach or Hampton Beach. The rooms had everything we needed to make it feel like home. My friend and I stayed here before a tour, and when we returned for one night each way. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff extremely friendly.
