stayed 4th of july weekend, got aarp rate which they extended for one more day on the weekend. resturaunt was closed, but a nice breakfest served in the morning. two computers in lobby, two pools and nice clean, quiet room. minutes to hampton beach, and discount tickets to water country, saved 8 dollers per person . would stay again. more

Nothing amazingly spectacular with this hotel. We stayed in the main building which is slightly newer and had a room with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard and parking lot. Pro's - Big King Bed (larger then normal king bed), average size tv, house keeping was nice, pool area clean, hot tub large. Negatives - No pay per-view, room service, water pressure, no free breakfast (but Brickfords is over 24/7), funny smell, old comforter and shades. Overall: good value. more
