Stayed in the French room. Lovely decor. Though small, fine for a short stay.Frank and Jane were wonderful hosts and their summer only resident kitty was particularly sweet. Jane provided a bountiful Sunday morning breakfast which was delicious. Great location-just a short walk to the theater.

Please read the address of this bed and breakfast carefully...yes,,,PLYMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE. I only mention this fact because as you walk through the front door you will swear you have been transported to those other areas of New England that boast of their "cozy, welcoming bed and breakfasts"...The Tea Rose Inn does not need those empty boasts. It is warm,... More

This place is a brilliant find. Wonderful owners/company, great room (Green Room) and food that has made me eat more than I have in quite some time (i.e. bleeding delicious). I travel every week or two for business and have held off reviews for a year as there are too many. The Tea Rose Inn has broken that silence. Whatever brings... More

Enjoyed our brief visit with Jane and Frank at their Tea Rose Inn while visiting lovely Plymouth, NH on business trip. Everything about our stay was exceptional. A most pleasant greeting at the door, followed by a nice glass of wine. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you hope for. Decor was high Victorian in a beautiful... More

Frank and Jane offered the perfect Bed and Breakfast Inn stay for my wife and I during a gorgeous summer weekend. The house is full of warm charm in a small New England town rife with history and pastoral beauty. We were very touched by their generous hospitality and commitment to providing a memorable stay in Plymouth. We cannot recommend... More

Jane & Frank are models for all of us of what it means to be hospitable and gracious. I recently stayed at the Tea Rose as part of a business trip to PSU. From the minute, I pulled in I felt like I was visiting old friends. Not only did they attend to my needs as a guest they attended... More

Hosts Frank and Jane put the comfort of their guests first and foremost. Our stay included some snow, and my husband and I were invited to spend another night, if our interstate drive home was too treacherous. Breakfast was superb, even taking into account a gluten intolerance--if you leave hungry, it won't be their fault! Many good restaurants were within... More

Jane and Frank were the perfect hosts. This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to prepare for a long weekend. Bed was super comfortable - breakfast was delicious - conversation was wonderful. Would go back to visit in a heartbeat. If you need a place to stay when you go to Plymouth, skip the hotel and stay at the... More

EXTREMELY comfortable bed, fabulous food, and proprietors that make you not only feel welcome but also like family. I have never stayed at a B&B but I wanted to be close to PSU as I was helping my daughter make a cross country move to college so I chose Tea Rose Inn based on it 's proximity to the school.... More
