I just spent the last 4 days camping at one of the most clean campgrounds I have ever seen; the bathroom, the showers, the grounds, even the outhouse. The staff was incredible knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I just wish I didn't live so far away, because I would definitely use this as a regular campground. If you are looking for... More

Wife and I traveled to Pittsburg, New Hampshire in our class B motorhome. First time to this campground...in search of Moose. The location is superb, overlooking the First Connecticut Lake. We camped on site #25, tucked back a bit in the woods. The weather was great; although a little cooler than normal for the end of June. We met several... More

Recently retired, my wife and I purchased a travel trailer and chose Ramblewood Campground for our first attempt at camping. We were directed to a large site that was easy to back in to. Management sent a friendly young man to offer assistance in setting up and to offer more blocking. We enjoyed the 4 days we stayed immensely. Peaceful,... More

My family has stayed here in the fall and for snowmobiling and would recommend checking this out any time of year. Paul, the owner, is very hospitable and has always been good to us. For snowmobiling that we do in the winter it's right on the trail already heading north so no need to go through town, but it's a... More

My friends and I stayed a few days in cabin five to getaway and could not have had a better experience. The cabin has amazing location right on the beautiful lake and the service of Paul and everyone at Ramblewood was exceptional. Our car broke down and we were stranded and they even gave us a free night. Could not... More

We stayed at Ramblewood cabins in July for a week and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The view of the lake from the cabin was awesome. The loons and the eagle made it special, as did the night sky. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with everything you could want. Paul, the owner was just super and so friendly.... More

We just completed a 2.5 month driving trip of the US and stayed at Ramblewood in late September. Arriving after a huge storm with the rain still coming down we were greeted by the friendly fellow who gave us a spot with a lean-to so that we could stay a little dry and cook our dinner. The warm showers were... More

This was our first trip to New Hampshire. We were concerned about staying in a cabin as some of our past stays in cabins in other places were not great. We stayed in cabin number six and even though it was close to the office and store, it was very peaceful and nice. The cabin was clean, well kept, and... More

I have been camping here for the past 25 years. I started in a tent and now we have a 30' 5th wheel d every year is just as good as the last. I hesitate to give 5 stars only for selfish reasons being that I don't want more people to come here. Plenty of room between sites. Most other... More

Nestled in 170,000 acres of protected forest, Ramblewood Cabins and Campground offers a scenic and relaxed destination for all four seasons. During the winter, snowmobile enthusiasts value 200 miles of groomed mountain trails accessible from their doorstep. In the summer, our guests appreciate the stunning views of Mt. After they've played a game of pool in the game room and bought a treat from our office store, kids especially enjoy our high speed wifi and cell service with most providers.
