I was riding in a horse show in nearby Deerfield, and chose Lake Shore Farm Inn over the big name hotels a bit further away. Very glad I did. My room overlooked the lawn and the lake and was very comfortable. Rick met me in the breakfast room bright and early every morning, and he makes excellent waffles. Between the... More

Rick and Michelle were the perfect hosts. We found this B&B to be very comfortable. It was the best night sleep we had on our 4 night road trip! We arrived late (after 9PM), but both Rick andMichelle were there to greet us and help us to our rooms. We were up in time to pertake of a wonderful breakfast... More

We stayed at Lake Shore Farm for the first time this past weekend, and as soon as we checked in, we knew we'd be returning. It only takes a few minutes there to understand what all the other reviews here say - Lake Shore Farm is a special place (a casual resort?) that families can return to for decades. The... More

I've been to Lake Shore Farm about a dozen times with a large group of friends for dance weekends (squares and contras), and we like it a lot. Not super fancy, but clean and functional, and very family friendly. I like to say it's like visiting Grandma, but nobody makes you eat your vegetables!

We have been going to Lake Shore Farm for over 40years! Our family looks upon LSF as a second home. This is a relaxing place for adults, and a wonderland for children. Harry Ring is a gracious host. Take the opportunity to catch up with your family. Talk, play games, get reacquainted! Lots of antiques and other activities in the... More

I visited Lake Shore Farm with my children this summer. It was my first time back since staying there as a kid 30 years ago. Nothing has changed. I was even seated at lunch with someone I had met all those years ago. T here are no TV's or computer. Even cell phone reception is poor. Lake Shore Farm is... More

Lake Shore Farm is a special place. Friendly, simple, family vacation spot where you can enjoy fresh air, a crystal clear Jenness Pond, and enjoy 3 meals a day served family style. There are miles of walking paths, country roads and meadows. Boating, fishing, swimming or just plain sitting in a beautiful country setting makes this a place my family... More

We have been to Lake Shore Farm every summer for the past 6 years. It is a lovely, low key place where children can be children and everyone can relax. It's clean and comfortable, meals are included (and yes, your kids can have PB&J for every meal if they want). There is a calm, feshwater lake for swimming (with a... More

Ideally located from Manchester or Concord. Set among a number of smaller Lakes in a very country setting on 141 acres of beautiful fields over looking a 143 acre lake. Sit by the Lake all day reading a good book, or use one of the row boats to try your hand at fishing. Great area to take a long walk... More
