Just had a foliage trip there on Oct. 10th, stayed for 2 nights, did not get the cute cabin I have booked for but Don offered me a newly renovated suite, very clean, cozy, warm and convenient with a full kitchen. It is a perfect location to the main attractions I planed to visit: Loon Mountain, Indian Head Resort, Lost... More

I stayed for 3 nights in late September, paying $59/night(plus tax)for one of the one room, "baby" cabins they have. It met my needs-it was clean, there was a TV, a small fridge, and a space heater that worked well(if a bit loudly). There was no problem with water pressure or hot water in the shower/bathroom. The location was great,... More

We stayed in the Presidential Cabin. Loved having the kitchen supplied with toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, microwave, regular sized refrigerator, a gas fireplace and wifi. It was clean and truly nicer than expected. Great for couples or a family. Close to shops, dining, and a trip through the Kangamangas highway. Would be great for a fall or winter stay... More

We stayed in the motel which was very spacious. There was plenty of space for 2 queen sized beds, a round table with 4 chairs, flat screen tv, a rocking chair, a dresser, small fridge and microwave. And with all that in the room, it wasn't cramped at all. The beds were as comfortable as you would find in a... More

We switched from another motel in the area, which shall remain nameless. Anyway, the owner's of this place couldn't have been nicer people. Our only real complaint about the place was that the bathrooms were a little too small, as the bathroom sink overlapped the toilet, making it like a game of tetris to use the facilities. It was particularly... More

I had a reservation for a two room cabin for two large ( 6'5" 250lbs,, 6'2" 220lbs.) sr males attending a music festival. When I got to the motel I was told the reservation was for a single double bed unfortunately I hadn't printed and brought a copy of the reservation, as if it would have made any difference, but when... .... this place would not stay in business. Pro's: The location is super: close to shops (not your fault that the supermarket in Lincoln needs some competition; it's expensive and not short-time visitor friendly), restaurants, and points of interest, be they hiking trails, natural or man-made attractions. We came to NH to do some hiking. All trail heads were easy... More

Not expensive, but do not come here for luxury. Very close to great hiking trails, clean (for a cabin) and BBQs available. We had no hot water, but the manager was working on fixing it and we were able to shower next door.

Me and my wife were staying in "Baby" cabin. It has queens bed, mini-fridge, TV and restroom with shower. There is no kitchen but we had charcoal and appropriate pan so my wife was able to cook delicious things on charcoal grill that was available. Cabins owner is a very kind and wise man, you feel very welcomed there. There... More
