Just got back from North Conway. I wasn't sure if I'd booked the right Hotel as the reviews were mixed but my experience was great. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful with information on the area. Our room was very nice. I think the photos don't do the bedrooms justice. Nice location. Right on the main highway but set back enough where you hear no noise. Very quiet. The rooms are ok. Nothing extraordinary. Seemed like they were working on a few of the rooms as we saw workers at one end of the hall. If they invest a bit more in the rooms it would be our only choice... more

the staff was very, very helpful and met our needs in many ways.. We stayed here while passing thru, front desk ladies couldn't have been nicer. Nice warm room with great bed, almost didn't want to get up. Wish we could have planned to stay longer more

We planned a last minute fall weekend and stayed here as there wasn't too much else available. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a good spot for a couple of nights. They've clearly started some of the Holiday Inn Express upgrades. The bed was quite comfortable, as was the nice comforter. They've done some upgrades in the bathroom, which looked nice, but the devil is in the details and the black spots on the caulking wasn't ideal. But I could live with... more

It is very close to Storyland (about 15 min) and very close to some outlets, restaurants, etc. The hotel is old and the rooms have seen better days, but it was pretty clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was very helpful and sincere. Been staying there every summer for 6 years and they have always been very accomodating. Great location, great breakfast. Will definetely stay here again more
