This place is a dump. This property is not well-maintained to say the very least. Paint is peeling off the outside of the building. The porch is about to collapse. The carpet inside is filthy. Stained furniture. Marks all over the walls. Needs a full repaint inside and out. Stained bathtub. Moldy tiles. Seriously, I've stayed in windowless, $39 per... More

This B&B is a converted old classic homestead. Somehow they crammed 31 rooms in the place. The walls are paper-thin... the snoring from the adjacent room was very intrusive. The floors in our 3rd floor bedroom pitched down a good 6 " making it an adventure getting to the bathroom during the night. The whole bottom of the shower curtain had... More

It is located in a good place to enjoy the best trails of the East Coast. The rooms was refurbished, the cleaning was regular and our room did not have wardrobe. It was only possible to choose between 3 different breakfast with a lot of bakery, no buffet available.

What a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B, set on a quiet street yet just a few minutes walk to main street! It has all the charm one can expect of a restored inn, with great personal service as you arrive. How great to have wine and cheese with guests in the afternoon, and the breakfast in the morning was... More

First, to anyone complaining that this place is not a hotel- go stay at a hotel. A bed and breakfast isn't a hotel. It's better. I had a great experience staying here last year and am planning to go back when I head back up to North Conway in a few weeks.

I reviewed this place back in 2011 and nothing has changed. Quaint old converted farmhouse circa 1750. We liked it enough to come back. Frankly, I have little sympathy with the people who complain about uneven floors, doors that don't fit tight or pipes that spit water at you. If you don't get that from the reviews, at least figure... More

We chose to extend our vacation and reduce the driving time to pick up our son at camp nearby, and so we had very little options as to what was available in North Conway on a Saturday night the first weekend of August. We booked through Travelocity. I really wanted to be nice about the review, but unfortunately, even after... More

This is just a dump. Even though the building is 240 years old, it has all been replaced with cheap stuff. Lumpy mattress, tiny room. The bathroom door did not even close fully and the lock was outside the door. Zero ventilation. TV did not work. Yes, the internet worked. Creaky floor boards. You could hear everybody the building talk... More

Having decided to travel up to North Conway on February vacation for a few, accommodations were slim but this Inn seemed like the best bet for the money. It was. Our room was what we needed - comfy bed, tv and bathroom...although I know they offer more for more $$. The Inn itself is aged its creaks adding some charm.... More

The outside of this very old inn is beautiful, however the inside is another story. The dining room/living room is out of White Christmas, that is about the only positive thing it has going. Room was clean, however carpet was stained and decrepit. Bathroom clean, however shower head was disappointing. Heat HOT about 1 am, and no heat at all... More
