Extremely rude staff (front desk, and water park). Housekeeping sub-par, And did not hesitate to steal change placed on the rooms table. We regret you were not impressed with the size of our water park. We advertise Kahuna Laguna as a 40,000 sq. ft. water park (which it is). We were however, pleased to hear your reaction to the other features and staff at the Red Jacket Mountain View. We hope to have you as guests on another occasion.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you felt the rooms were not renovated, but the rooms were recently renovated. I will note your opinion at our next staff meeting, including the need for luggage carts. I am glad you enjoyed the Kahuna Laguna Water Park.

Thank you for your insight into your experience at our new Kahuna Laguna Water Park. We are making adjustments as we experience new issues. We do prefer to error on the side of safety as opposed to being to lax.

We are glad to hear that your daughter enjoyed the Kahuna Laguna Water Park. I am not sure what you mean by nichel and diming. None of our "clerks" are on commission and all our packages are set rates that all our Agents have. I will review this to see if there are any discrepancies. Thank you.

I am sorry for the confusion with your Kahuna Laguna Water Park Package. You can now get the package for only one night if you would like. The $40 charge, is Al Carte and not the package price. As for as no jumping, this is a rule at every pool available to the public.
