Generic hotel with indifferent, generic room that was too expensive for what we got. Certainly adequate, but I wish we had looked a bit further, and got either better prices or more character. For the money, we could have done much better. more

We stayed here in late June for two nights while visiting Story Land. My kids love the water park. My five year old is able to go down the big slides, but also spends time with her younger brother in the area for smaller kids. This was our third stay at this hotel and is where we will stay again... more

Just off Route 16, the main roadway into the village, the Hampton Inn is a great choice for those traveling to the area. Our room included a king size bed, convertible sofa, and kitchenette. It was quite spacious, and more than enough room for three adults. The hotel is new and well cared for, and offers plenty of guest parking.... more

I actually brought my two huge dogs here and they are one of the few places that will allow big dogs (Great Pyrenees) - we came here on our "family" honeymoon - can't go anywhere without the dogs.. I loved the waterpark too! more

As we have come to expect, Hampton Inn provided us with a spacious, modern room. No surprises there. The bed was comfortable. The linens were new and clean. Internet service was free with the room. The bathroom had modern fixtures, but had only a shower, no tub. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment... more

We had a great time at this hotel. The "waterpark" is very small: two large slides with a 42" height requirement and one for the little kids, but for the price "free" you can't complain. It is nice to have when the weather does not cooperate. We stayed in a queen suite. One large room with 2 queen beds with... more

Wonderful hotel with nice rooms and kid friendly water slides. Rooms were clean and big. Very clean. Stayed here twice so far and love it. Spring rates are good but summer rates are terrible. more

I find Hamptons usually are a good bet... a little more expensive but worth it...nothing ruins a trip like a bad hotel. the hotel while clean could use a little freshing up but nothing terrible. The water park area is great for kids..rooms are comfy..breakfast is okay nothing gourmet but a good quick and easy way to eat. more

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the past year. First time was in December 08 where my in-laws treated our family to the "Polar Express", which is a night time train ride to the "North Pole" for a reading of the book and of course a visit from Santa. My in-laws picked the hotel specifically because of the... more

We just got back from NH after spending a long weekend at Story Land and Santa's Village. We stayed there Thursday and Friday night. We checked in Thursday around 6 and once we got settled we hit the water slide area. There isn't a pool to swim in, but has 2 water slides for adults and a 1.5 foot deep... more
