We stayed here during the busy fall foliage season, and every other motel was booked. The room was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, and the furniture old and outdated. The free breakfast was not worth the price: an apple, stale cereal, and cold, weak coffee. The pool area also looked dirty, and it was deserted. Renovations are being done, but... More

There are plenty of decent hotels in North Conway so there is no reason to stay in this dump. They claim to have WiFi but unless you have a room right near the lobby you can't get a signal. The place is falling apart and I am not picky but for the price I paid ($120) I expected better; The... More

We stayed here the first part of October. I wish we would have known how many other hotels were in the area before we took this one. We were on second floor and the stair carpet going up was dirty and needed to be replaced. Once in our room, the carpet was again dirty and stained. The curtains on the... More

I now know why there was a vacancy on leaf peeping 3 day weekend. The lobby is decent enough but the rooms don't match. Room was very small. Tons of burnholes in carpet and bedspread. Stains on carpet. Furniture was so scratched up and delapitated. The bed was so bad that when I sat on it I almost bounced off.... More

What a rip off, stayed here during foliage season and paid $175, what a dump. The room stunk, the carpet was torn and tattered, the walls were in disarray. I think any other hotel in the area would have been better than staying at this hotel. You know you're in for a rough sleep when they ring your card as... More

Im seeing too many bad reviews here and frankly, this motel is not that bad. I mean its somewhat cheap compared to other hotels around here so its not that fancy but the rooms were ok, bathroom was clean and free breakfast also was a bonus (but its just toasts, cereals, apples and banana and waffles).

We stayed at this hotel. Our first room was in the back on the first floor....It smelled horrible...i called for a different room. We were put on the 2nd floor in the front. For some reason those rooms on the 1st floor were yucky!!!! Our friends met us there. They had a room on the first floor also. Their room... More

We stayed in the wing separate from the hotel. We accidentally went downstairs first and the smell was horrible. Luckily our room wasn't on that floor. Our room was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen, the King bed only had about a foot of space on the wall side. There was no air conditioner or heating unit so we... More

OK.....they're in the midst of a renovation, but still.... You get one towel per person in your room; and they do not have towels at the pool. Bathroom was mostly redone; nice counter and "tile" but, why leave the door and door frame unpainted? It just makes the crud stand out more. And the toilet paper dispenser: try holding your... More

Website spoke of a heated pool. When we checked in there was no mention of a renovation that included the pool area. So, no pool! Also, the beds were so uncomfortable that we kept waking up during the night and had sore backs the next day! The room itself was dingy, old and overall kinda nasty. It is by far... More
