I can't stop coming to this B&B. Not only do you get a great nights sleep. You also get a full breakfast (if you include food with your stay) AND you also get a dinner that will knock your socks off!!!! Look at the menu and tell me that it doesn't make your mouth water. I've never had a meal... More

Thank you! The Stonehurst Manor was built in 1876 as one of the private summer homes for the Bigelow Carpet family. Maintaining the Stonehurst's Victorian style and charm is a loving daily commitment. We have just recently re-carpeted the lobby, the lounge and our dining rooms. We have also added new furniture to many of our guest rooms. Keeping the... More

Just a great place to relax eat and stay. The staff are always accommodating and the guests are very friendly. You'll find the diners are well prepared a great menu. If you are staying the value is tremendous, a wonderful diner, a beautiful room, and a full breakfast. Try the beef hash, it is out of this world.

My boyfriend asked me if I knew of a really nice place to have dinner, and although I hadn't been there in literally for ages, I thought of The Stonehurst Manor. We had an incredible meal, phenomenal service, and a romantic atmosphere, complete with crackling fireplace and candles. He said it was the best experience he had ever had (now... More

Thank you! We certainly appreciate it. With so many restaurants in the Mt. Washington Valley, we know that we have to stand apart. Chef Avi and his culinary team do an exceptional job at creating delicious and mouth-watering appetizers such as our Trio of Crab Cakes which are loaded with crab and served with remoulade, pesto mayonnaise & chipotle aioli... Bartender and service at dinner was excellent. The overall manor is beautiful. Rooms are dated and need a lot of small work. Someone needs to do an inspection and fix all the little things that bring the appearance down. Front desk continues to have staff that is not that friendly. No matter how many times I go there they just... More

A good trip backwards in time. This is a 140 year old manor. Has a lot of charm and great views of the white moutnains. Very clean, even the lampshades and beads in the dining room were clean. Some odd noises in the middle of night that woke me up sounded like a clanging sound, lots of creaks but that's... More

With an upgrade when we arrived, the manor house room was clean and included a hot tub too. This is a house built in the 1870s with lots of character and charm. Breakfast and dinner included, the food was top notch. We're definitely planning on going again.

This was our 3rd stay at the Manor and as in the past we thoroughly enjoyed it. We reserved a room in the wing and were not disappointed. The room was larger than the last wing room we stayed in with 2 wingback chairs to sit and relax. The room was clean and the bedding new. The only comment is... More

Thank you for your review of your most recent visit with us at the Stonehurst Manor. We are constantly updating and renovating somewhere in this beautiful Victorian mansion. When you stay in the Mt. This is a 140-year-old manor house, so it has character (and a few creaks). Rooms are comfortable, and since it is a smallish inn, it's a quiet place. The property is beautiful and there's lots of scenery, hiking and other activities nearby. It's a big mystery how they can charge so little for a room, a la carte dinner for... More
