We stayed here for three nights as part of our New England tour and I was thrilled that the inn lived up to my expectations. It is beautifully presented, very clean and Bruce and Jessica are very welcoming hosts. Jessica's breakfasts are delicious, the walnut, maple syrup and cream cheese French toast is to die for ( forget the calories,... More

We spent a couple of days at The Cabernet and enjoyed it immensely. Bruce and Jessica were very friendly, but not too intrusive. This was great for us as we were taking a break from a stressful period at home so not necessarily looking to be wildly sociable! We are pretty familiar with the area, but had not stayed at... More

Awesome. Perfect weekend. I narrowed down this trip to 3 different lodging options.. I wanted something where I didn't have to really think, and where we could have a quiet weekend away. I read all the reviews that gave it 5 stars and wondered how anywhere could get that sort of rating. It is totally well deserved. We have never... More

Even though my husband and I have been travelling to North Conway since 1990,this was the first time we stayed in The Cabernet Inn. We just wanted a quick getaway, and chose The Cabernet Inn based on value, and excellent Tripadvisor reviews. We chose the Standard Room, which was clean and comfortable, though small. Bruce checked us in promptly, showed... More

We spent only one night at this B&B, but we would have loved to stay more if we had the chance. Everything is taken care of in the slightest detail. The atmosphere is very cozy and romantic. Coffe and tea are available during the afternoon, together with cakes and guests are invited to spend time in the gathering room downstairs... More

We had a warm and informative welcome from Bruce and were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and gas fire, both of which added to the enjoyment of our stay. The downstairs 'gathering room' is a great idea and we enjoyed chatting to other guests, some of whom had stayed at The Cabernet... More

Staying at the Cabernet Inn was a very pleasurable experience. The Inn keepers are extremely helpful and friendly. In particular, their advice about where to visit in the area was invaluable. The breakfasts are high quality with a good choice of menu options. Our room was clean and comfortable and the inn was well maintained and tastefully decorated throughout. The... More

This is a very small intimate Inn. We have spend there 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The area of the Inn is great, with lots of interests around. The Inn was excellent. The house is old and has antique scent with lots of character. Our room was on the first floor and was very nice, clean and comfortable. The... More

The innkeepers were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. This was exceptional value. We paid about $100 more for each of our prior nights (in Williamstown and in Woodstock, VT), and those didn't include bkfst

First of all, Bruce and Jessica were fantastic hosts. Bruce gave us the full tour, even though we were only staying one night, and then we got to meet Jessica and the friendly Cleo, their black lab. The house is very cozy inside. We felt comfortable when we just wanted to hang out in the downstairs living room for a... More
