Originally stayed at hotel with yound children about 15 years ago and having recalled the fantastic location decided to check it out. Stayed three nights in early May and one night in mid May. It was just as remembered with great position in North Conway area. Used the pool each day and walked the various local sights, Cathedral Ledge, Echo... more

The hotel looked perfect at it´s website, but it was a total disappointment. Rooms are just like typical motel rooms with very small windows and no flair at all. Because of the small windows, do not expect somthing like a "room with a view". Our room was directly above the central air-con outlet, so sleep was limited. The hotel was... more

Yes, we are foodies, and North Conway has lost some of its better restaurants recently. The restaurant at WMH is tastefully decorated with some nice mountain views, the staff is professional, and the food is well above average. The pool was a bit too warm but it is heated year round! The rooms are very clean, nothing too fancy, but... more

100 of my closest friends and family came to this hotel for a whole weekend to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we started planing the wedding over a year ago to the moment I said good bye to the staff and the hotel it was perfect. There is not a single thing I would want any different. Dennis Duprey,... more

My wife and I spent a week-end in April and couldn't have been happier. The location is beautiful with several walking trails available. Most impressive is the staff. They are courteous, polite, and extremely informative. This was our first trip to the area, and I must say, all of their recommendations were excellent. While away, we were unfortunately in an... more

We stayed at this hotel on a whim, just a get away. Check in was not the best experience. Not very well trained staff seem very confused also when we called. Front desk manager was a little demeaning to girl asking him a question re: out reservation. Sort of set a sour note and I will say caused us some concern.... more

Staff was first rate, from Eileen at the desk to Andrew in the bar. Dennis was very professional and friendly and we're planning on another trip in June to play golf. The dinner Saturday night in the dining room was very tasty and I loved Heather, the pianist. We had no problem when we requested a late check out. more

We just came back from three nights at the WMH. We are a couple with a two year old and were looking for somewhere quiet near Conway. The hotel was very quiet. Our room had two double beds that were comfy and had nice sheets. The room overall was fine and clean and the bathroom was a decent size. Our rate included... more

We went up for a 4 day weekend and were amazed how rude the front desk and dining staff was. The prices are in the moderately to high end for NH, and the service, dining experience and general ambience is definitly sub par.The swimming pool was too hot( everyone that w/e agreed) and the area poolside was untidy. more
