Steve and Cindy (new owners since May 2011) have made this motel into a perfect spot for Sunapee. Maybe one minute to the mountain/beach with amazing views of the lake. We just spent the weekend at the Lake Inn at Mt. Sunapee. It's located on Rte 103. The place was just as it appears on their web site. We highly recommend The Lake Inn.
