This hotel had a great deal. The staff were extremly friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room was fine and the indoor pool was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing due to their restaurant being referbished. This did not detract from the great value. Great location for getting around NH & Vermont. more

The phone wouldn't work. It never did ring, just 'blipped'. Breakfast was a joke...a dirty joke. Fruit flies in the orange juice, had to be thrown out. No cutlery out, cereal bin hadn't been filled in days or weeks, filthy, even beyond filthy kitchen. Room smelled badly...like cockroach spray. Bottom line.....needs a wrecking ball. Stay away. more

The Best Western is ok for a 2-star hotel, but not a good value for the winter season. It is very convenient to the mountain though. Overall I would say it's an ok hotel to stay a night or 2, but no more. more
