Lovely inn, cosy, warm, felt really at home in the bedroom which overlooked the lake and had a balcony and a fireplace with fire. “A Gem in the Lakes Region!”

We visited for three days and stayed at Chase house. The room was large, with a full sofa, gas fireplace and huge feather bed! Lovely decorations too! “Great place to stay in the lakes region”

We attended a wedding at the Chase House. We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely room we stayed in. It had a beautiful view of Meredith Bay. We didn't use the gas fireplace but I'm sure it's a very nice touch for a cold day. I will give it 5 stars.

After reading reviews of all of mills falls properties we ended up T the chase house, wishing that we could afford church landing. We were pleasantly surprised. “A quiet respite with beautiful views and a lovely room”

Wow! I stayed two nights at the Chase House during Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms are quaintly dressed in Traditional style, they look more like a New England guest bedroom than a hotel.
