Sandwiched between a busy highway and a spectacular lake, Bay Point is a pretty neat inn. It boasts gorgeous views of the lake from most if not all rooms. Book early for peak seasons, because it is immensely popular with travelers. I called them in January and they were almost fully booked for my intended timeline in August. The personnel... More

As others have said, the location of this inn is its best selling point. At moments the view is breathtaking including on a stormy evening when we saw a gorgeous rainbow. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. My primary complaint is that the mattresses were too soft (both my daughter and I woke up with back aches on a... More

The location of the Inn is perfect. Every employee I interacted with was helpful, friendly and well trained in customer service. Room was nicely appointed though had way too many pillows for the window seats. Bedding and linens were top shelf and very comfortable. I would not choose the 4th floor again for two reasons. Wifi was nonexistent in my... More

The view of the lake was breathtaking from our balcony! Actually the view was just as wonderful inside the room. There was a screened door so you could get fresh air and keep the bugs out. Hotel is conveniently located near the dock for lake cruises. The complex offers several nearby dining choices. Some of the restaurants will deliver to... More

We were welcomed to this hotel by the friendliest, most helpful receptionist you could possibly wish to meet. Over the next few days Dana made us feel like real friends and we enjoyed many chats with her and she was always full of recommendations. The room was very clean and tidy and had a superb few from the balcony over... More

Had 1 night here on a whistle stop work trip. Stayed in room 436 which is the top floor. Rooms on this floor do not have a balcony, however, this did not detract from the lovely ambience of the room and hotel. There is a small elevator which is large enough for just one/two people with luggage. The room had... More

We booked here to attend the Pond Hockey Classic. The location was perfect, very centrally located. The lake views can't be beat. The rooms were decorated nicely and very clean, and the lobby has a rustic, charming feel. We chose to eat off property during the trip, as the hotel restaurant was on a cafeteria plan during the event. Overall... More

My husband and I got married 5 years ago by the lake at Church Landing. We spent one night at Church Landing and the remaining nights at Bay Point. Both are beautiful in their own right, but each year we return and stay at Bay Point. There is not a bad room in the place. I found Church Landing to... More

We were booked into the Mill Falls side of this complex but on arrival were told we could change over to the Bay Point hotel actually on Lake Winnipesaukee. The rooms were very spacious, including the bathroom, and had great views down the lake. On the ground floor is Lago's and well equipped cocktail bar and restaurant. Very good atmosphere... More
