Two days after my night at the Best Western, I'm still trying to work the kinks out of my neck. In all my traveling, those pillows, plump with lumpy kapok, were absolutely the worst ever. My husband had to combine a business trip with our 30th anniversary. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite with fireplace. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Best of all, the beds were above average for this type of hotel. I was very impressed with the quality. more

Stayed near the airport at Best Western. They sent a schuttle to pick us up when we returned our rental car & took us back to the airport the next morning. The rooms were large and comfortable. Having had the unfortunate experiance at a BW in Maine after complaining of bugs in the room I recieved a $50 gift card towards a future stay. The outside of this Best Western resembles exactly what you will find inside. It is very, very nice. My King room was like new. The bed was comfortable, the staff were first class - breakfast great. Beautiful location! A little outside town, so it was quiet and relaxing...just what we were looking for. The service was Fantastic! Our trip to New Hampshire showed us what Customer Service 'should be'.
