At the time I booked this motel it was the least expensive option. I was traveling alone and stayed one night before catching a flight out of MHT. I did not want to spend a lot, but my frugality came at a price. This is one of the worst maintained motels I've stayed at in 30 years. The appointments are... more

The room was fine. The heat worked and the Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. The price was fine for the stay. I felt safe in the room. It wasn't the fanciest hotel but I would defiantly stay there again. more

The room was decent. Staff was average. The hotel is I think what used to be an old mill building, it kinda creeped me out. And there were people doing weird things in the parking lot. I didnt feel safe there. more

I went there with my wife and friend for 1 night to catch a Wolves game at the Verizon Arena. It looks like it was an old factory of somesort. If you type the address of the Hotel (75 W. Hancock St) into a GPS unit it will bring you to a Gravel pit across the river. If you use... more

me and my wife stayed there because of the price but we now know that the cheaper the room, the worse it gets. we only got one pillow. there was alot of dirt in the corners of the room. the front of the radiator was laying on the floor with the sharp insides exposed. the door knob in the bathroom... more

My mom and i stayed here because it is the cheapest and nearest to my university. it was such a pleasant surprise. contradicting to what almost everyone have said the place really exceeded my expectation. I was expecting a really run down room and horrible staff. but we didnt experience any of that at all. my mom stayed there alone... more

I chose this hotel because it had the cheapest rate and was closest to the airport and highways. This is proof that you get what you pay for. They did the basics ok. Relatively clean room, hot shower, cable. Even ethernet in the room which was nice. Front desk staff was nice enough. But there were some troubling things. Like... more

When we stayed here, we had what is perhaps the single most disturbing experience ever at a hotel. While checking in with my wife and 13 month old son, two men brought in from outside an argument -- evidently about a drug deal!! Profanties and shouting flew, one man clearly on something. The climax was one man telling the other... more

First let me say I choose this hotel only on price. It was not the best looking hotel and I was wondering if my car would still be there the next morning. But we had not problem. The room was large and quiet. I did not notice a smell either. You did have to walk down a little ramp to... more

This is absolutely the worst place to stay. It is the local hang out for prostitutes and drug dealers. Do not stay here!!!! Warning, it is not safe especially if you are alone!!! I tried to stay there once and ended up taking a cab back to the airport where at least I felt safe. Between the humping noises from... more
