Firstly, I had lower expectations. I am a platinum Marriott traveler, so hotels are my second home, and I know what works and what doesn't. We stayed for 1 night while waiting to take a flight out of Manchester airport. Friendly staff, really good location, and pretty good room price. The room was clean, bathroom was ok but could be cleaner especially the air vent, beds pretty comfortable, and they had free food....Free pizza which is wonderful. Not difficult to find and near restaurants and other amenities near the Manchester Airport. They also have an airport shuttle service, so we turned our car in about 12 hours earlier. Staff is good, rooms comfortable and clean. more

Stayed for 3 nights while on business. Great staff, good location, and nice fringe benefits. After a day of driving around to business meetings throughout the state of New Hampshire, the room was welcoming, nice bathroom, and they had free food every other night....Free pizza and salad when I got back after a long day.....how wonderful. I found the staff to be willing to go out of their way for their guests. Parking was tight, but not impossible. The friendly staff and clean rooms more than make up for a little bit of inconvenience in the parking lot. more

Hotel was Ok. Staff was nice BUT they have no parking. They are a park and fly hotel without the parking for customers who are traveling through. They say park down the street. more
