Very easy to find and close to the mall and airport. The room was adequate for a short stay the bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Free wifi and a large TV Great price with a continental breakfast included. I would happily stay there again

Ended up at this hotel through a third party vendor. It was certainly not the three star hotel expected. The front entry was under construction and there didn't appear to be another way in or out. While hotel is billed as non-smoking, the third floor hallway smelled of smoke upon exiting the elevator. King room was a reasonable size but... More

First, Priceline sold me a 3 star hotel similar to Doubletree or Marriott and then dumped me in this dump so I was already irritated before I checked in. Then, I arrive to a hotel in the middle of tiling their lobby at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night. And I woke Monday morning to the sound of construction and... More

Stayed here last night after getting in to MHT late. Danielle at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Gave great suggestions for nearby places still serving food. Hotel room was very clean. Has the usual: coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Also large enough for a full desk. There is some construction going on on the first floor but it... More

A recent change from a Sheraton Four Points, constructed 1982 per cert in elevator. Rather than just change names they should have gone over the place in detail. Got the place with a priceline bid (never again, this was the last last time), for a 4 night stay. We were checked in by a friendly guy (later I learned he... More

I stayed here recently on a business trip. Quick short stay but it was a great comfortable quality sleep. PERFECTLY CLEAN!! I do thorough room, bed, pillow, and bathroom inspections upon entering rooms at all hotels I stay and this was as perfect as I ever seen. Towels perfectly clean and not stained. Must have known this sherriff was in... More

This hotel used to be a four points now is a Quality Inn. Issue was the only signage was still up out front. We drove by thinking it was the wrong hotel, Because it was literally advertised as a different hotel than we booked. Should have been something that was mentioned when we called. In the process of renovating, which... More

I stayed here the night it converted to a Quality. I've stayed here often under the old brand, so know the staff -excellent and very friendly. Most are staying on as Quality. Breakfast bar was pretty disappointing. Bland looking precooked "egg omelette". Some Danish. Styrofoam coffee cups, etc. typical Quality Inn. The hotel has a shuttle, but it is a... More

This hotel is just so-so; unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the Sheraton name. The place has an old, dusty smell throughout, like a heater that's just been turned on for winter (only it was late spring). It's in a decent location, near many stores and restaurants, and not far off the highway. The staff was very friendly and eager... More

The rooms were clean and offered average to above average amenities in the room. The Internet and breakfast was included in the room rate. The hotel is located near the airport and can take only 10 minutes when the traffic is light. I recommend the hotel for business as well as leisure travelers who are here for a short stay.
