This is one of the best hotels in the area near the manchester airport. . . staff is friendly and courteous. . . lots of hot water in the shower. . . which in most hotels is hard to find!!!! travel to manchester 1 a month and always stay there wouldnt stay anywhere else!!!

Best features: low cost, pleasant front desk staff and yummy cookies in the afternoon. Other than that, nothing special about this hotel. That said, I was there just one night for a nearby celebration and it was okay.

I have a personal issue going on that forced me out of my apartment and Jade, and matthew esp (and the staff) have been absolutely wonderful. Would suggest this too anyone for any lodging or vacation stays.
The beds, the rooms, the Airport Diner, and esp the staff really make it feel like home.
