We recommend the third or fourth floor (East side in summer). My favorite desk person is Amanda, who has been there for years. Ask her how her little one is doing. After arriving into Manchester eight hours later than expected because of an airline fiasco, it was nice to get to the hotel where the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
