Eric was an excellent host who provided a very relaxed atmosphere with excellent breakfast. Our room was lovely in a quiet side street, about one minutes walk from the Currier Gallery and ten minutes stroll down to Main Street in the evenings. Homemade cookies and fresh coffee, juice and water were always available during the day. Eric's pancakes are superb... More

I just got back from a fall foliage weekend with 2 friends. We were lucky enough to stay at the Ash Street Inn for 2 nights. As the other reviews have mentioned, everything is top rate here. The inn is immaculate and the rooms envelop you - they are cozy and warm in character but not cutesy and flowery like... More

The Ash Street Inn is one of my all-time favorite B&Bs. I've stayed there several times during business trips to New Hampshire, and it has always been a great experience. Rooms are spotless and full of modern amenities, while staying true to the character of an old house. Everything is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Eric is friendly and a good... More

We came through Manchester to get married in Vermont. We were so excited that a room opened the day we arrived. Eric was so welcoming and the inn is very comfortable. There are snacks and a variety of drinks available at all times which was perfect after our day of flying. One nice thing about the location of the inn... More

and an architecture lover's dream! A gem of a perfectly restored Victorian mansion with stained glass in the windows, beautifully decorated and updated with unobtrusive touches of modern luxury. The beds are plush, the bathrooms are en suite (and just as lovely as the rest of the house), and there is internet access. Darlene and Eric are the perfect hosts,... More

Flying from San Jose CA to Manchester earlier this summer, my wife and I stayed for the fourth time at the altogether admirable Ash Street Inn in downtown Manchester, about a 20 minute drive from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. This inn has just about everything a traveler might desire, and not a few items that surprise one by their aptness... More

The Ash Street Inn is a beautiful inn with very comfortable rooms, great host, delicious breakfast (many options- would suggest the pancakes!) and convenient location. 21st century touches to make it very comfortable, but they don't detract from historical essence of the house. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at the Ash Street Inn. If you're looking for a perfect bed & breakfast in town, this is the place. We highly recommend it.

The perfect "resting place" after a long day of work. Love the 24 hour coffee, scones, fruit, snacks and tea. Innkeepers work very hard to provide all you need with an incredible amount of professionalism! Worked perfectly for this very picky business traveler!

We recently spent four nights at the Ash Street Inn. Eric was a great host and provided us with delicious breakfasts each morning. We tried the omelets, french toast and eggs over easy-also the 7 grain toast was wonderful. Our room was nice-loved the shower with the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in a dispenser. Having free wifi was also... More
