I was excited to begin our weekend getaway at Rustic Log Cabins. We arrived early, and were allowed to relax out by the cabin while cleaning was being completed. Emile, the other half of the Rustic team came by, engaged us in fun conversation and laughter. Oakley, whom I took to be the real boss, kept them to a strict... More

Spent a winter weekend there and loved it. The cabin was everything we hoped it would be, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The fire place was fantastic. While it was closer to the road than I expected it was still very quiet. We will definitely be staying there again.

My husband surprised me with a visit to these cabins in November. We stayed in cabin seven. I was delighted by the meandering (and talkative) brook. We had to cross a bridge in order to get to our cabin. With outdoor fire pit, grill and seating, indoors a king size bed with fire place, kitchenette and bathroom with single shower.... More

My girlfriend Linda and have been coming for 5 years and we will be back again and again. RLGs are located on a scenic back road and have a great little stream running (every cabin is located streamside). There are cabins for 2 and a larger cabin for families or small groups. All of them have a fireplace and kitchen... More

We went to Franconia Notch in late July for two nights. We stayed in cabin #7. It had a king bed with a ceiling fan overhead. The fireplace was da bomb! For $10, you get a whiskey barrel of season wood with kindling included. Even in July, a fire inside with just the fire for light is ideal. It is... More

My husband and I have been staying at Rustic Log Cabins for 30 years. Our children played in the brook when they were younger and have returned to visit as adults. We've brought our grandchildren here and they love it. We've stayed in hotels across the country and in Europe and always return to RLC. The cabins are clean, charming... More

I definitely should have checked here on Trip Advisor before booking the Rustic Log Cabins. These cabins are located right on the highway and not at all situated the way I had expected when viewing the creative photos and write up on their website. So when we pulled up we were already getting a bad feeling but we had booked... More

Hello Tracy. We would like to apologize again to both of you for the construction of our new cabin "Fireside". The disappointing thing about all of this is you didn't give our establishment and cabin a chance. If you had stayed for more than 20 minutes, you would have realized and appreciated the facility and special qualities we offer. Two... More
