We stayed here for one night in March. I won a radio contest last year and had a voucher for a free overnight stay. You could only use it Sunday-Thursday. We decided to ski at Loon and stay the Sunday night. Check in is 5:00 pm which I find outrageous. I've never stayed at a place that had such a... more

We just stayed at the Mountain Club for one night and 2 days of skiing. The room was recently redone and was clean, comfortable and quiet...slopeside view. Big change since our stay last year as they have renovated almost every room...can't beat the ski-ski out location, spa club and food/bar. Its well worth the extra $ to stay on the... more

Stayed at Loon with my girlfriend. Checked in for 1 night saturday to sunday. We arrived early so they gave us the gondola passes and our passes for the property while our room got ready. We purchased the upgraded room that was renovated and it was perfect for the 2 of us. The bathroom was BEAUTIFUL. The king size bed... more

We stay at this property annually, generally in August. We've always been very pleased with the accommodations, the great breakfast buffet, the gondola ride and the location. However, we were disappointed on our last stay. The prices had gone up, the inn had instituted a minimum stay policy and the breakfast buffet - normally a highlight of our stay -... more

We just were not happy at all with this place. Upon check-in we thought it was nice that they handed us the restaurant & gondola ride vouchers. But then room was gross.....old, no balcony, stains on the carpet, an old bed, & mold/mildew in the bathroom. We were unhappy with the room, but thought the vouchers and other things might... more

We stayed there about during February school vacation. The hotel appears nice on the outside, but don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. We stayed in a room with 2 sofas/ beds with a pull down wall queen bed. When you stepped into the room, you felt like you stepped into the 80's. Everything in the room was outdated. The... more

Stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. At check in I asked if there were renovated rooms, and there are, so we payed a little more and rented one of those. My parents came with my family and we had a suite side room and king side room. Suite has full kitchen, murphy queen bed and murphy... more

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days. We were given, what I can only presume (from previous reviews) a refurbished room. The room was neat, tidy and bed was comfortable. The maid service did clean and tidy the bathroom, but didn't manage to make the bed! We had booked the room on the Hotels own website,... more

The remainder of the unfurbished rooms should be completed this year but as another tripadvisor person stated, avoid the old rooms. Ripped/stained carpet, old glassware, a big eewww. As we had specifically asked for a new room, after a day and a half of complaining, we did get switched. The layout, convenience, and views this facility provides are the best.... more

I booked this hotel for our family of four with great expectations during the kid's February break from school. From the moment we checked in there was a two and a half hour delay, with little in way of an apology, even though 5:00 check in was GUARANTEED. The entire resort was not only severely understaffed but it also had... more
