I drove by Indian Head resort last summer and promised my daughter we would stay this year...we had a blast! The resort was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and comfortable. (We were lucky enough to get a lake-facing room and were able to watch the fireworks display from our balcony.) The hotel is... More

Quite disappointed with our experience. The staff had little clue as to what accessibility means (sent us to a nearby attraction that wasn't at all wheelchair accessible, despite saying it was and selling tickets). The "accessible" room was big enough and had a great view, but had a low toilet with no grab bars, and partially blocked the (actually accessible)... More

Great location. Great facilities, pool, grounds, etc. Rooms definitely need updating and would take the TOP FLOOR next time - floorboards are loud when people are walking above you (same with rooms). No complaints really. Would stay here again as it's close to everything. Nightly shows in house as well.

We stayed the fourth of July week and boy, was it fun! Indian head has awesome entertainment at night for kids, even for parents! They have THE BEST pancakes ever. The sights from the tower were amazing. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the paddle boats. It was a wonderful family vacation.

We decided to leave the city for the July 1st holiday. Didn't want to go too far from home and flying anywhere wasn't an option ( too much time lost with security). It was either Burlington Vt or back to Indian Head. Indian Head won out (actually by a wide margin). Burlington is beautiful but more like a staycation with... More

We stay at the Indian Head every time we go to NH to see family. The funny part is even though my family is only 1/2 hour away they now stay there too. It feels like an experience all by itself. With the private balcony and beautiful views. My family always challenges each other with the paddle boats between racing... More

My wife and I were heading north , it was getting dark ,so we pulled in and got a room. The staff was kind and friendly, the rate was within range, so we stayed. They put us in the building across the street. That should have been a hint. It was under repair, with plenty of room to park. One other... More

My fiancee and I were looking for a place in this area to have our wedding, so we decided to stay at Indian Head and explore places around to figure it out. We absolutely loved our stay. Indian Head is surrounded by such natural beauty, that even on a day with gross rainy weather, we were still enchanted with the... More

Nice accommodation, good value for money and tremendous scenery. Must have been the dates of our visit (early June) but not many attractions open, and those that were open, closed early and were not that happy to receive customers! Not the IHR problem of course, but if you want to stay in the hotel and use the pool etc that's... More

OLD!!!!!! Room was in poor condition, security latch was hanging from the door casing. There was a very old burn in the carpet from someone ironing on the floor. You can do much better in this area for less $ The staff were very nice though.
