We experienced two serious issues during our stay. First of all, Debbie, the owner, recommended us to move into her condo instead of the cottage which we booked initially. We followed her recommendation and got seriously disappointed. The condo is pretty shabby and hasn't been maintained very well. The furniture is old and after a night on the convertible sofa... more

Drove into town looking for a place to stay. First good looking motel I saw. The owner / manager said he had the heat on in 1 room of the motel section, I was the only guest that night. The room was clean and neat and I could hear the stream behind the motel. When I came back from dinner... more

I took two British relatives and my girl friend on a two week fall foliage tour in October 2006. We stayed at a lot of lovely motels, hotels and B&Bs along the way. My family and I just returned from a week spent in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and we loved our stay at the White Mountain Motel and Cottages. We stayed in Cottage #3.
