Price gouged us by charging 200.00 for a 54.00 room! We had no choice though as it was the last room in the area and too late. Everything was old, which isn't necessarily bad, but in this case the carpets were stained and the room smelled old and musty. The only thing decent in the bathroom was the tub itself.... More

Looks bright and well maintained from the outside, new paint job. Door lock broken. Cheap linens, cheap pillows. Marginally clean. Fan in bathroom sounded like a rocket taking off, couldn't turn light on without the fan being on too. Big Flat screen TV mounted on the wall. I couldn't get WiFi to work. The "Breakfast Room" is the size of... More

We had a room with 1 queen bed. There was a table and a desk. There was a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was 2 cereals, bagels and crème cheese, apples, and juice. The room was fine with a good rate. The location is great on route 3 in Lincoln. No noise problems. The hotel is fine and a good... More

This is the first negative review I've written. We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first night, we discovered: the bathroom was dirty (I cleaned it myself), the bathroom door stuck badly - we had to slam it shut. The carpet was stained. A chair was broken. The toilet clogged up and there was no plunger. We got a... More

The rooms, the amenities are average. There is nothing much to praise or criticise. It is a budget hotel and cannot expect more,It is little away from down town and all the restaurants and shops are little away. The breakfast is decent for the price they charge. The receptionist is very cooperative in informing and guiding regarding the attractions around.

Visited during peak foliage season and rates were pretty high. Good: - Clean room and bathroom - Comfy bed - Location - View Bad: - Lots of flies and moths in the room - a moth attacked me while I was sleeping - Checkout took a while - no one was at the reception, and I had to find someone... Stayed here recently for one night prior to a long solo hiking trip. I wanted a cheap place to sleep for the night and this fit the bill. The room was small, very basic, but clean enough for me. A little noisy with people trudging up the outside stairs, but there weren't too many people there that night so it... More

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You had no control over the heat, no control over the a/c (both had to be turned on and off from someplace in the office). The location of the motel was it's best quality. It was just a short distance from downtown Lincoln. I checked in on Friday for the Highland games... More

I didn't stay here. I asked to inspect a room for bed bugs prior to paying, and the desk attendant refused in an unfittingly rude and linguistically failing manner. "We don't have bed bugs. You rent some place else if you need to inspect room." At her suggestion, I did "rent some place else." Though not technically an allergy, I... More

We planned a weekend of hiking in the White Mountains. Several hotels in Lincoln had no vacancy so we opted to stay at Rodeway Inn. We had rather low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. Was it perfect? Of course not! At a motel more than twice the price you probably would get that. Our bed was very comfortable, clean refrigerator,... More
