We planned a weekend of hiking in the White Mountains. Several hotels in Lincoln had no vacancy so we opted to stay at Rodeway Inn. We had rather low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. Was it perfect? Of course not! At a motel more than twice the price you probably would get that. Our bed was very comfortable, clean refrigerator,... More

This is my second year staying at the Rodeway Inn. They have great prices and offer AAA. It is just my fiance and I, and I always ask for a King size bed that is very clean and comfy. I always have a great night's sleep here, you can hear the Pemi on the other side of the street rushing... More

Although the location is ideal for staying in the White Mountains, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms are very basic, but that is not the problem. The room smells strongly of a cleaning solution, even though the carpet was not very clean. The biggest issue for us was the pillows. Once you look into... More

Rooms at the Rodeway Inn are very inexpensive. Be forewarned: you haven't lucked into a miracle bargain. Unless you can't afford to stay somewhere nicer, there's an Econolodge literally a block up the street toward the highway that is a far better choice. Many of the reviews here take issue with the cleanliness of the rooms offered at this inn.... More

My son and I stayed there in February of 2014 so we could ski at Loon Mountain the next day. The motel was about what I expected from a reasonably priced Rodeway Inn. The room was small and basic, yet clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was sufficient. It's in a great location... close to many attractions and less than... More

This motel was actually not my first choice, but I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It didn't hurt that it costs a whole lot less than alot of the available nearby motels/cabins. The view was beautiful. I'd stay again.

Our room was very spacious as well as clean. Great shower. Really no complaints, but be aware the steps to the second floor are rather steep with narrow treads. Though the building is a bit old, it is well maintained and it offers one of the better values in this area.

Old motel but very clean and has been renovated with paint, carpet, etc. The bed is HARD but i slept good anyway. Saved $40 over the comfort inn. For 1 night it's adequate. Eat your breakfast at McDonalds nearby - we always do anyway where ever we stay!
