We had a 2 bedroom suite for fathers day weekend. The front desk could not have been nicer. Check in was a breeze. The rooms do not have their own entrance or balconys,so it had somewhat of a hotel feel.The suite was very clean and roomy. It was a nice enough room, but on the second night there I discovered bedbugs. I captured one and put it in a ziplock baggie and gave it to the management. I made reservations at the Residence Inn in Lebanon for two friends who needed to visit Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for cancer treatment. I stayed here back in the fall of '05 and I have to say I was very impressed. This hotel is fairly new and typical of any Residence Inn making you feel homey and comfortable. So much has changed in a matter of a year. My colleagues and I stayed last March and the staff (Front Desk to Housekeeping and Management) was ready and willing to assist in any manner. Hotel is pretty good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is good between Lebanon and Hanover. Only gripe would be the VERY loud heating system that consists of a closet in the bedroom and doesn't make for a great night's sleep.
