We enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nice and the Inn had a really nice heated pool with a hot tub, arcade for kids, workout room, a nice big area for the breakfast buffet as well as a bar & grill. They even had a little playground outside for the kids. The Inn was closer to town and right down... More

Stayed here one night 8/29. Room 315 smelled horrible. Carpet was dirty and I stepped in something sticky. Sheets on both beds were dirty and stained. Complained to staff twice and they were indifferent.

We stayed for two nights. The positives: Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Walls were thick. Couldn't hear anything from the room next door. The view was amazing! The negatives: Breakfast area was small and crowded. The fact that people couldn't wait their turn on line and reached in front of your face for things was not the... More

Very nice view of the mountains from our room. This Inn is not bad at all and is economical. The rooms were clean and spacious with a light breakfast in the morning. The attached restaurant is ok but that's it.

I realize that accommodations in New England are pricey in the summer, but I had no indication that there were two buildings when I booked; one of which is a dump. Upon arrival, I checked in to the nice building, only to be sent across the street to the dump that awaited. The carpet smelled so bad that I thought... More

We stayed at the Cabot inn this past weekend and I have to say I would have been better off buying a tent and sleeping outside. The rooms are filthy, smelly, and outdated. The beds must have the original matresses from when the place was built, talk about uncomfortable! We found someones leftover meal in our refrigerator but the best part... More

We booked our reservation very last minute after having a terrible experience at another hotel. We arrived on a Tuesday, after a full day at Santa's Village. This hotel is only 4 miles from Santa's Village and many guests (during the summer at least) are families going to that attraction. The hotel also has banquet facilities and a gazebo and... More

We have stayed here before and the last time we stayed, the shower was nonfunctional and we had to go down the hall to use another shower. We paid extra for a room with a view and we were on the first floor so although there were views of the mountains (it's in an incredible setting), there was a car... More

This hotel is very outdated and not clean...there's no other way to put it. The service we received at the front desk was curt...bordering on downright rude. The restaurant was expensive for what they served (the food was decent), and the pool was nice...but based on the cleanliness displayed in our room I was leary about their sanitation practices. We... The view behind the motel is so incredibly beautiful. Had a fabulous day at Santa's Village with the kids. We stayed in room 311 which turned out to be directly above a bar. Little did we know, they had a live band on Friday night...that played until 1:00am. Really, really loudly!!! I called the front desk at 11:30 and asked... More
