Decided to check out the gym and pool. Walking into the gym was a bit scary. It seems housekeeping does not cover this part of the hotel. Garbage in and on equipment dirt and grime everywhere. Although I should have known better I decided to go swimming. First thing I noticed was you couldn't see the bottom. Then once I... More

We had a very good experience staying at Cabot Inn. We did not intended to stay there but it was late we did not wanted to drive. It turned out to be a great stay. The room and bath was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Our kids enjoy the pool and we enjoyed hot tub.

Property is very convenient only about 3 miles from Santas Village where we took our kids for New Year's, This is the second time we've stayed at this property it's very affordable and the rooms and beds are quite comfortable. Offers some really great views of the White Mountains, however we found out that the restaurant on property closed in... More

We were invited to attend a wedding at a nearby resort. Instead of paying the high price to stay there as well, we booked a room at our favorite place to stay when we are in the Lancaster area. Tracy Dunnells the Asst. Manager was extremely helpful as well as very personable. Our guest service person was Melinda Woodward who... More

We stayed again this year in the 2 bedroom suite. Love this suite. Had a family Christmas/Birthday get-together. The kids said the pool and hot tub were warm compared to the pool being cold last year. The young man at check-in was very friendly and the rest of the staff that I saw were pleasant also. Looking forward to returning... More

The view from our room was beautiful. Snow covered mountains as a backdrop. The room could have been cleaner. Did not look like they vacuumed before we got in there. We attempted to go to the pool but the acoustics in there were so good that even the slightest noise would have been loud. It did not help that there... More

I am going to be blunt and straight to the point- We stayed here Dec 6-8, 2013 for our first annual Santa's Village Trip. We booked here because they had a restaurant ( who wants to drive or cook after a long day at the village). We walked in the lobby felt like a fridge, so cold. Then we find... More

Every year for the past three years my family spends the weekend after Thanksgiving at Santa’s village. Two years ago we stayed at the Cabot Inn, and we were less than impressed. We stayed at another hotel down the hill about 40 minutes away last year, and didn't like the drive. We drove 700 miles this year and decided to... More

Our family was visiting for a weekend in November. When we first entered the hotel lobby, it was very chilly and stark. Perhaps no more than 60 degrees. We rented two suites--one for us, one for other family members who were arriving later. We arrived in our suite and it was 48 degrees. The heat was not turned on at... More

We went just for one night, it was very clean and the room was very nice. The following morning we had the continental breakfast that was included with the room, and it was very good. They had waffles you could make, cereal, fruit, three kinds of juice, cereal, bagels, yogurt etc. Everything was fresh and good, the only suggestion I... More
