Hey, I was there for two nights the week between Christmas and New Years 2015. My room was clean and huge - I spend a lot of nights on the road - and the cost for such a room was more than a value. Didn't use the pool or facilities nor did I eat there, and I get that I... More

There is the main part of the motel that has the pool, hot tub, and eating areas. We stayed in the part across the street. Crossing the street was not too bad. Did have some traffic and the speed limit is 50 mph. The rooms were non smoking although it did smell like stale smoke. Our room had a small... More

We stayed at the Cabot Inn this past Saturday night, October 10th. Room was neat and clean. 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, table and mini fridge. Heated pool and plenty of chairs for the adults. Breakfast in the am was solid. Waffle maker, eggs ans sausage. breads, cereals, pastries, yogurts, milk, juice and coffee. For $140 pretty good deal.... More

Stayed as part of a family hiking adventure in NH's White Mountains and were very pleased with the over-all location and accessibility of this hotel. You can tell that the owners are working very hard to maintain and develop this property. It was quite and most important clean. I do wish however, hotels in general woudl give up on the... More

Do not stay anywhere near the bar when there is a band, we had 4 children and 3 adults that could not sleep because it was so loud until at least midnight. It is all you can hear from the pool as well. Price was very good for the large suite but sleep would have been nice. The room was... More

We booked through booking.com and once booked our confirmation said in adjacent building... what it didn't say was that you needed to cross a state route with no crosswalk in order to get to the main building. There was no ice or vending in our building. When I asked to be moved to the main building (because we had a... More

Believe the bad reviews! We are currently in this hotel right now. So the good thing about this hotel? Our room is clean. That's pretty much where it ends. There is no water pressure in the shower, there's no cold water in the shower (it's hot or nothing), the pool was fairly chilly, the room phone doesn't work to even... More

We had booked a room in May but had a family illness so we contacted the Cabot Inn and asked if we could change the date to August. They said fine so we booked for a specific date in August. Then when we were leaving in August, we called to confirm and they said "oh we don't have you down... More

We just stayed at this hotel September 2015 and would go back again . We stayed in a suite and the room was large and fairly clean . The people working the front desk need a class in hospitality but we enjoyed our stay. This hotel accommodates my needs because I pull a trailer with my Atvs and they have... More

It worked itself out but they really are not customer orientated..the pool states it is heated but is not and the hot tub smells musty. The rooms are clean but seriously need updating especially across the street where there are small kitchens. I also found out that there are people who live monthly in the units. It was an ok...
