This motel was wonderful. It was clean, the room was big and the free breakfast was big as well. Much more than muffins and coffee. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, convenience store, drug store, Subway sandwich shop so anything you may need while on vacation is easy to get to. Plenty of places to eat downtown... Stayed here 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Dunkin Donuts and Safeway next door are key because breakfast is inadequate. Wifi is strong. Rooms are a basic 2 star motel style with minimal amenities. Property is kept very clean.

I was going for a short trip to the White Mountains. Being a NYC snob, I am not fond of motels. Not only is this place a bargain, it's CLEAN, it has WORKING INTERNET, thermostats for the HVAC that actually WORK, FREE BREAKFAST, friendly staff, and a super close ride to all the main attractions/sites. Moreover, I was supposed to... More

We absolutely loved our stay at this very simple and super clean hotel. This is not a resort or high end franchise hotel but a very simple place. There is no pool, no gym, no business centre. We had a very clean room with two beds, a small fridge for under $90 dollars. The bathroom was clean and average size.... More

The lobby was clean and we were greeted when we arrived. We were told breakfast would be available from 6:15 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. We entered the dining area shortly before 8:30 a.m. The food was completely depleted (they had a refrigerator with four packages of pancakes and two yogurts). There was no employee around even though there was a... More

I took my seven year old on a 2 day date to Santa's Village. We stayed at the Coos Motor Inn which was a great experience. The lobby and rooms were clean, the staff was nice/ accommodating, and the room was nice and big. We had a frig in the room. The breakfast the next morning was very basic but... More

We have stayed 3 times at the Coos, with our children and our dog. We have stayed to go to Santa's Village the next morning. We've always arrived after hours (after midnight) due to a long trip from home and the front desk has always gladly made arrangements for us to check in properly. The hotel is nice, clean and... As frequent visitors to the area of the North Woods and White Mountains we usually stay at the same places, but this time we tried a new place. The Inn was obviously recently renovated and is in great shape physically, but the staff could use some friendliness training and the breakfast needs a lot of work. For an overnight, it's... More

This place is great, more like a 3-star than a 2-star in my opinion. It's clean, the lobby area is nice, the beds are comfy, and continental breakfast included. Don't get me wrong, its not luxury, but it is the nicest place I've stayed at this price point. It really is more like a small hotel than a motel.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding that was at the Mountainview Grand (just a few miles down the road). We highly recommend Coos, very friendly people, and nice, big comfy rooms! My husband wants me to also mention the HOT and POWERFUL shower...he loved it! Yes, the bathroom was small and the sink/vanity was "outside" the toilet/shower area but... More
