Stayed here for the 2nd time while in the area for a concert on 8/21/14. Good price for a decent outdated, clean, big room. Fire alarm went off at midnight but we weren't outside too long glad it went off considering the fire department found a "small fire in the 4th floor." Again decent for the price and location to... This is a no frills place, but they have what I need. 1) the rooms are spacious, it is possible to open the windows if you want fresh air, and the beds and sheets are comfortable so I could get a good night sleep. (There is not good sound-proofing, but I always travel with ear plugs so I wasn't bothered... More

Stayed here for a 2nd time after a concert at Meadowbrook again. Really can't beat the price which is the main draw to this place. Second is the distance to Meadowbrook. Same old outdated decor, but clean. Should have read my last review to remind myself that there is extra pillows in the dresser drawers because, again, I would have... More

Stayed for weekend and was very disappointed by the room, thin sheets, burn marks in bedspread, older bathroom, halls smelled of smoke even though we requested non smoking. We probably over paid ($99 per night). It was convenient location but I would pay little more and stay near Tilton or by the lake next time. Loud AC and loud nightlife... More

We stayed at the Landmark in after a concert at Meadowbrook rather than make the long drive home. As a cheap place to sleep, it served it's purpose. I booked the room on-line so the price was only $59 + tax; very cheap for the Lakes Region in July. (The price for the night off the street was $99.) The... More

We stayed here for the convenient location (across the street from the person we were visiting) and good price. It is somewhat older, but definitely satisfactory. The continental breakfast was better than we expected, and the staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Every year for the past three years my wife and I take a long weekend trip to Laconia New Hampshire and every year we stay at the Landmark Inn. In the past we have looked at other hotel and motel accommodations but we always come back to The Landmark Inn for a few reasons. 1) They are very reasonably priced.... More

I stayed here along with my boyfriend, his brother and fiancé last night, December 31,2013 to January 1, 2014. Seeing as my boyfriend works 4 jobs and his brother just had a baby, we wanted a fun relaxing new year. Well not so much the case, first thing when we walked in the room I turned on the lights. The... More

This hotel is in need of an update. Very loud streets with all the motorcycles driving by. We are bikers , we drove our bike to this hotel from PA. I had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from the street below and we were on the 6th floor. No restaurant at hotel and continental breakfast leaves something... More

Over 30 years I have come to this Inn at least once every two years, sometimes more often. It has changed ownership several times but has always seemed to maintain the same standards. If you are staying in Laconia and do not need a view of the lake the hotel is perfectly functional and during prime season reasonably priced. You... More
