Stayed here because it was the only place we could find....but it turned out to be very pleasant. Spacious, clean rooms, view of the lake, with a dock, nice pool....shower massager....very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again more

Arriving at the motel, I went to fill the ice bucket only to find a piece of dried something at the bottom. No plastic liner for the bucket either. The "beach" was a strip of dirt about 10 feet long. The pool was nice, but for the money I would not return or recommend this place. more

After reading the review of this motel on tripadvisor we choose it for our second night at Winnipesaukee. We had stayed the previous night in Meredith. The room was clean and adequate but we found the traffic on the lake too busy to make the beach pleasant for swimming. My daughter did try out the pool and found it refreshing.... more

We had our yearly family reunion at the Birch Knoll and it was wonderful. A good value for the money: rooms and heated pool were both clean, there's access to the bay with a nice dock and shaded sitting area.
