This past weekend, my Mother, my sister, my 2 year old nephew, my 2 year old and 9 month old daughters and myself traveled from Boston to New Hampshire to enjoy a family trip to Storyland. While planning the trip for my family, I researched many hotels in the area of storyland and came across the Lodge at Jackson. Reading... more

The Belchers have created a small country inn feel in their hotel. With large rooms, beautiful views, and welcoming owners, the hotel is just delightful. We are long time guests. Their improvements since purchasing are evident everywhere! Having breakfast in any hotel is a convenience but the Lodge breakfast surpasses all others. Cathi's culinary expertise makes it the best meal... more

The location is perfect for folks wanting to hike the White Mountains but also have the civilization of North Conway close by (but not outside the front door). Jackson is it's own tiny village with a couple good restaurants and a country store all reachable on foot. The inn is small and comfortable and runs more like a B&B than... more

We stayed at the Lodge this past weekend. It was wonderful. Very quiet, even though there were children present at the Lodge. The continental breakfast was very down home and delicious. It was very clean. We will definately be back. more

What a nice stay we had there at the Lodge at Jackson Village. We do a lot of traveling and this has to be the best we've stayed at. The owners and staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itsela was spotless. It was a very nice experience. We will surely return the next time we are in the area. If... more

This hotel gets two thumbs up from us. Definitely not the cookie-cutter type of experience that you get from the franchise hotels on the strip in North Conway. This one is family owned, and it shows. The family really loves what they do, and there is a lot of character that comes through in almost everything, from the flower gardens... more

I had a lovely time during my extended stay at the Lodge at Jackson Village. Located in a quaint town, the Lodge is the perfect get-away from the stresses of modern day life. Close to hiking trails, mountains and rivers, it is a perfect visit for nature lovers. I had a great time hiking up Black Cap Mountain, driving up... more

Have been here twice on business with colleagues and clients, and our organization has been staying here for ~10 years. The owners are on-site every day, and are generous people who genuinely love the area and their jobs. The rooms have always been clean and quiet, and the hotel is located within 20 min. of Attitash, Wildcat, Pinkham Notch/Mt. Washington,... more

I read tons of great reviews, they advertised as being kid-friendly, and we thought it would be a great place to stay for our trip to Storyland. Well, I could not have been more wrong. There are notes everywhere telling you to keep your kids quiet, not to eat more than one cookie, not to use the cleaning suppliers, etc...how... more

We just had the nicest weekend at the Lodge at Jackson Village. The person at the reception desk, Pauline, welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. She made a terrific recommendation for dinner, the Thompson House Eatery right across the street, where we had a fantastic meal. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view... more
