We spent a Saturday evening at Whitney's Inn with our adult children. We were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. Lets call them cozy! The inn was filled with many living areas and fireplaces. Our family enjoyed the hockey pond--lit... More

This Inn is perfect example of what makes the White Mountain region so appealing..As with the community in which it is nestled, it's simplistic rustic charm is wonderful.. The Inn,which dates back to the mid 19th century, is lovingly restored and maintained..Though seeking to maintain the charm of a bygone era of the wayside inn or tavern it is well... More

We spend a weekend in Jackson every January, and every time we try a new Inn. This is my least favorite so far. First I must say that the Shovel Handle Pub is great! We had a delicious dinner there, and stuck around in the small bar area to listen to the musician and have another drink after dinner –... More

We stayed there this past weekend. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast offerings were very good. It is a bit out of the way unless you are planning to ski or snow shoe in the Jackson area. It is just a bit too isolated if you plan on spending much time in North Conway. The room we stayed... More

It's unbelievable that a hotel would put a room right above the kitchen, but that is where I was, where I could hear every slammed drawer and dropped pot until 10 pm at night and in the morning again starting around 7:30 a.m. Voices from downstairs were clearly audible in the bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster, and my French toast with... More

I spent the past weekend at the Whitenys Inn and can not rave enough about the staff and the food! This was my best friends wedding and everything from start to finish was amazing. From the owner to everyone on the team. It was simply awesome and I will definitely be back there.

I stayed here for one night as part of a New England foliage trip. Let me start with the good things (actually just one): -Communal hotel areas are actually quite nice Now the bad ones: -Location: The hotel is not really in Jackson. It's on a mountain a seven minutes drive away from Jackson. No chance to walk anywhere to... More

This was a quaint inn at the base of a small ski resort. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection. The inn is located outside of Jackson which is a lovely New England town. The restaurant / bar had an excellent menu. The night we were there they also had great entertainment.

Absolutely amazing place and people! We had our wedding here on 9/27/14. The entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating from day one right to the moment we left! I (the bride) was able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend knowing that Paul and Don had every single thing taken care of! They are phenomenal and... More

The inn was very good and comfortable. The atmosphere was very nice . The room was clean and had all the needed stuff. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices. A very friendly and helpful staff. There are beautiful falls nearby, just a two minutes car ride.
