A darling B&B. Great location on Newfound Lake. Quaint old home, well maintained, clean. Juli was welcoming, organized and helpful. She made a delicious breakfast. The bed/room was very comfortable and the house was quiet despite a number of other guests. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful innkeeper with many talents and genuine care for guests. The home was more of antique showplace with low lighting vs a comfy bed and breakfast which I would have preferred. The breakfast was homade and good. The dining room lacked conviviality due to plain table covers and assigned seating with your roommate or group limiting interaction between guests. Our... More

This is the third summer I have stayed at Six Chimmeys & A Dream, and truly recommend it. While my stay generally has been just for a weekend, I could see why staying longer would be wonderful as well. Juli, the owner, does a wonderful job balancing being responsive, friendly and professional. The house is well taken care of yet... More

Loved everything about our stay at Six Chimneys & A Dream! Clean, comfortable, wonderful host, best french toast I've ever had. We were in town for a wedding and look forward to visiting again to do some climbing in Rumney.

Juli is wonderful - very quick to respond to inquiries and requests. She is professional, friendly, kind, and fun. The house is gorgeous. It has all of the nooks and crannies, idiosyncrasies and charms of a truly old house, along with the creaks, slants, and polish. Everything has character and charm. Small gardens abound, very conveniently located but also quiet... More

I first stayed at Six Chimneys in the summer of 2010. I have since been there every summer, and several times in the fall. The reason for my visits is just to have a get away where I can sit, read, walk in nature, and forget about my laptop and stressful job, if only for a short while. Six Chimneys... More

We stayed here while my friend was getting married down on Newfound Lake. I wish we hadn't been so busy with the wedding and could have spent more time in the house itself, as it is absolutely charming: rustic with enough modifications to keep things cozy without detracting too much from the beauty of the house. We stayed in the... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review for future guests and providing us the feedback on your stay. I'm glad you had such a fun and busy weekend while performing your duties as an usher at your friend's wedding. I too regret that they precluded you from being at the breakfast table, but it was... I really wanted to like this place. We were making a reservation at the last minute, and Juli, the proprietor, was able to accommodate us for one night on a Saturday during high season in summer, with short notice. The inn is right off route 3A & boasts being part of the stagecoach route. The home is designed with period... More

Me & my father were desperate for a place to stay the night. Bed& Breakfasts weren't our first choice: But this one will be our everlasting first choice now. The beds are to die for! They are so comfy & relaxing. The Dreams flowed easily, & The host! By God she was great. She's friendly as she should be. But... More

This was our second time to stay with Juli, and it was an even better experience than the first. You will feel like family by the time you leave. The house is an old inn on a stagecoach route. It has a great sense of history about it, and it made me think of how earlier people stayed there on... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Six Chimneys & A Dream with others. I can't think of a more complimentary word than "genuine." It's been a delight having you and your husband as guests two years running, and I look forward to many more. Your thoughtfulness in the gifts of the beaded lamp... More
