If you are in the neighborhood of Newfound Lake, near Plymouth, NH, this is the place to stay. This is our fourth stay there - we have a grandson at nearby Camp Mowglis. Sheila and Bill are skillful and gracious hosts. The Garnet suite has the craziest, and very comfortable, bathroom going. It is supernaturally quiet at night.. The breakfasts... More

I was at Newfound Lake to do a triathlon, and brought my family along as well. This high-end inn was off the main road, charming, impeccably clean, has large, well-apportioned, beautiful rooms; breathtaking views of the lake, and the innkeepers could not have been better at their jobs. Every need was met immediately and effortlessly, and they were impossibly well-prepared... More

Our stay at the Coppertoppe Inn was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. The view is fabulous from every room, including from the breakfast table, even when it rains. The food was excellent and customized to our tastes and needs, and Bill and Sheila were delightful to chat with. I would absolutely return to this place. More

My wife and I have been staying here for several years. Fabulous location, on a hill overlooking northern Newfound Lake. We recommend the Garnet Suite, with a bathroom fit for a Roman emperor. The breakfasts are delicious - ask for the turkey bacon. Sheila and Bill go out of their way to make your stay memorable. More

This is a wonderful place off the beaten track with views of Lake Newfoundland from every room, though the lake access is not direct. However the lawn, woods and hills around are lovely and peaceful, visible from every room and there is a great pond with frogs, some blue. Yes! Blue! Each room is different and very well arranged and... More

This a great place to relax and enjoy great scenery close by. The owners take very good care of you while they seek to find out your food preferences and other desires. More

I went to Coppertoppe Inn with a good friend for a weekend retreat to paint without interruption. Our hosts made sure we had all the solitude we requested yet managed to unobtrusively meet every need we had. The venue is for those who dislike the sterility of the large chain hotels and who enjoy the unique touches that are only... More

We found Coppertoppe Inn by pure accident. My parents and I headed to New Hampshire from RI for a one night trip and ended up by the foothill of a steep hill. We looked at other places in the area, but none of them are compared to Coppertoppe. Everything else in that are was not even worth looking into, price... More

My brother and I stayed at the Coppertoppe Inn while we were in town for a triathalon. Bill and Sheila COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMODATING! We arrived to a fresh, home cooked meal with plenty of yummy, hearty, HEALTHY foods. Bill got up before 5am to greet all of the athletes with a yummy homemade oatmeal, granola, yogurt...you name... We escaped for a weekend to the Lakes Region. We only live an hour away, but this was perfect for us. We got away, hiked, ate amazing food, Sheila found a nice concert in town for us to attend. I can honestly say that between our state of relaxation and the wonderful beds our sleep was the best we have... More
