We had a wonderful stay at Lamies Inn on Columbus Day weekend. The place is quintessential New Hampshire/ New England. Nice restaurant with great food and very busy! Even the Sunday brunch though busy, the waitstaff were very cheerful and helpful. The staff in restaurant and inn seemed to really enjoy working there. Wood paneling, old antique inn, I just... More

My family, friends and I have been coming to Lamies for many years now for the seafood festival in Hampton Beach. Mo (Maureen) always tries her best to accommodate us as our group has now grown to 20 people...We come in on Friday night and have dinner at The Old Salt Tavern. Must have for the majority of us is... More

I haven't stayed in the hotel, but I've been to the restaurant 2 times. Once my brother brought me there when I visited his family. And just last month when my nephew made Eagle Scout. Our celebration dinner was here. Reservation was made for 12 people at 3pm. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. The... More

On a very recent road trip in New England, we spent three nights at Lamies Inn and The Old Salt Tavern. The room and bed were very comfortable, but the bathroom is small. The continental breakfast is nice, but the restaurant is great We had a very good lunch one day and dinner another. The staff is very helpful, even... More

We actually got a great price on this inn from express deals on Priceline. It is both an Inn and a tavern. We were welcomed with down to earth conversation and genuine kindness! The room was large, quiet, clean and beds comfortable for my husband and I. The attached tavern had a great menu with reasonable prices. The breakfast was... More

We stayed here for a wedding. When we turned down the beds they were covered in animal hair and grit (sand). I went to the desk and the person there asked me if it was a lot of hair. They moved us to a less dirty room. No thanks. Find a better hotel.

As mentioned, the attached excellent restaurant was an added plus. It was a perfect place to unwind after checking in from a long day. The room was updated with the current expected amenities, but retained the charm of an Inn. There is not a coffee maker in the room, however, there is coffee in the lobby 24/7. The Continental Breakfast... More

I am part of a group of crazy runners that run Reach The Beach: NH annually. We found Lamie's 2 years ago, and this past weekend was our 3rd straight year staying here and have already reserved our rooms for our 4th. It is a perfect respite and resting place for weary runners/travelers. Away from the "cheesiness" of Hampton Beach,... More

My husband and I stop at Lamie's Inn at least twice a year. They are pet friendly which is one of the main reasons we stopped there the first time 7 years ago. Now we stop because the location is perfect, only minutes off of I95, we love to eat at the Old Salt Restaurant which is connected to the... More

This was a fun little get-away from my wife and I. Having a good restaurant and bar attached to the Inn was very convenient. Food was great, atmosphere as well. The room was well appointed, private and quiet. In the morning we also had a fantastic breakfast down the road - lots of choices in the neighborhood.
