My husband and I recently just needed a quick overnight away. I booked Lamie's Inn and was delighted at how the Inn is maintained and run. The staff is amazing! Very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy as soon as you walk in. Evereything is kept extremely clean, up to the charming light fixtures outside of each room that shine. We... More

I would highly recommend Lamie's Inn and their sister restaurant "The Old Salt" because it's clean and has some "old world" charm about it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Check out their packages if you're looking for an "all inclusive" deal.

I love how they make you feel so welcome. Very clean place, nice size rooms. The food at the Old Salt is great. Really like the lobster stew and Sunday brunch. Had a great time at the lounge with the bands, and the bartenders and waitress are very friendly in both places.

I was in town for a hockey weekend in Exeter. I chose this hotel because is was close to the rink but in a great area. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have the biggest selection of TV channels I have ever seen in a hotel. I took off a half a... More

We stayed the eve before our dear friends wedding brunch, We spent time in the lounge with friends and had some delicious apps, pointedly the Escargot!! Amazing. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs the day of the wedding. Our room was cozy and warm. We are looking forward to another visit in the near future.

I love this hotel with its four poster beds and New England Charm. They run great packages which include their brunch buffet and sometimes include champagne, etc which are terrific. Their brunch buffet is fabulous, tho can be a bit noisy and confusing due to the crowds that go to it. They have a piano player at the brunch who... More

Lunched at the Old Salt today for the second time in as many months. A most forgettable meal -- again. I ordered a roast beef and brie sandwich on a French baguette. One very thin slice of beef, no cheese that I could taste, and the french baguette was thick, slightly stale Italian bread. The french fries were quite good.... More

I stayed at the Lamies Inn just after the large snowstorms in February 2015 on business after re-booking twice and still changing the arrival date. Arriving tired and very late in the evening, I was pleased to enter such a cozy room! The employees at the front desk and bar were very nice and accommodating. The Inn was perfect in... More

Sunday Brunch is always special and the Tavern feels like home. Great food and value. Be sure not to miss St. Patrick's Day with the best food and drink and the atmosphere can't be beat! The Olde Salt is not to be missed.
