It was our first experience in Hampton Beach and did not know were to stay. We look up tripadvisor. The motel has great service, close to everything and the room, the yard and pool all well maintain and clean. The family enjoid it and we will probably be going back next year (2008). more

We stayed at the Mainsail based on a review from a trip adviser member. Here are the following pro's and con's to this hotel. pro's: Clean Excellent location (walking distance to boardwalk and casino) Family friendly good service pool free parking quiet (at night) daytime, lots of kids in the pool Con's: No phone in the room lot's of kids..not... more

Read some reviews online and including here. What a great family owned place. Once of the cleanest properties I've seen ANYWHERE, and in comparison to most of the other places there, was much better maintained. Room was one of the 'suites' with a main room and a separate bedroom, microwave and fridge. Room had been repainted, was almost like new.... more

We go to Hampton Beach every year and we have stayed in a few different places near the beach some which should be condemned.
