Clean, Friendly and open which is rare during the winter at Hampton beach. Our room had everything we needed during our stay. We had a fridge, microwave and clean comfy bed. All we needed! Because most businesses were closed at the beach, we stayed in our room for the weekend. The front desk recommended us a restaurant for our last... More

The rooms were dirty and outdated. There are no owners on site. There are many individuals with mental health and legal issues residing here. There is nobody to complain to about the man above our room which stomped and did exercised at 11pm and 3 am. If you look online you see no pictures of the rooms. The photos show... More

Stayed in room 209. I liked the garage parking. Had a good sized room with a comfortable king bed. Bathroom was clean and fine. Room was fine. Not a bad place for $98 a night. My room had a new fridge/freezer combination and a microwave. I would stay again.

We stayed there two nights only because we were unable to get a room at the hotel we really wanted to stay in. This place is close to the ocean, and in that sense it's good. The problem is the place is in need of tremendous maintenance. Throughout the hotel repairs made seem to have just been cobbed together in... More

This place is gross. We stayed in room 45 on the 3rd floor. The entire room had a funky smell to it. Our bathroom door was literally falling apart. The burners to our stove were not connected, we went out and bought a griddle so we could cook breakfast, The vent cover above the microwave would just fall off every time... More

I have stayed at this property numerous times and always had a fine experience! It's very close to the beach and the management and staff are always professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean and I believe most rooms have a private balcony. The best feature of this place is the sun deck on the second floor ~... More

We have stayed at the Ship's Inn in the past and have always hoped for improvement but this time was the last. One year we had to be moved because of mold and mildew, this year our room smelt like a cigarette. They say it is non-smoking but the comforter had cigarette burns on it, the rug was ripped and... First floor room 55 and room 108 were very dirty, smelled like smoke and damp basement. Neighbors were smoking in their room so it's was in our room too. You could here every footstep from the people upstairs. Not good at all.

Upon arrival I needed to use a bathroom and was refused and told to go to the beach restroom because our paper work wasn't completed. I asked if a family member could fill it all out and could I have the key to use the bathroom and was told no. 10 minutes later we were finally giving the key and... More
