The owner of the hotel booked our 4 night stay as 5 nights and refused to refund our money when we brought this error to his attention. He charged my credit card without my approval or signature and refused to refund that transaction as well. He left us no choice but to leave without an arguement as he was swearing... more

My wife and I decided to make a last second trip to Hampton Beach, NH as we love it up there. We called the Chamber of Commerce and they gave us a list of a few hotels that could meet our needs and the Moulton was on there. We had stayed there a few years ago and weren't happy. We... more

Hampton beach was an awesome place to visit. We stayed right across the beach in a beautiful hotel called The Moulton Hotel. The staff were welcoming and courteous and . Our room was a deluxe oceanview room with an additional sitting area overlooking the beach - it was spacious, beautifully furnished and well appointed and conveniently located. They had a... more

I've read some of the bad reviews on here, and I must say it's not as bad as it may come across from a lot of these reviews. We have gone there 2 years in a row for Memorial Day Weekend with a toddler. The rooms are not huge and the bathroom has been tiny each year, but they've been... more

This place is an absolute dump. AND we brought home bedbugs! I had bites while there and thought they were sand fleas...within a month - I had welts all over. We had to remove our mattress and all of our luggage. It took months to be able to sleep through the night again. The place was dirty, smelly, cramped, and... more

I stayed at the Moulton hotel this weekend after seeing a concert at the casino ballroom. The hotel was very close to the ballroom and right on the boardwalk of the beach. When we came back we were greeted by the managers who were very friendly and nice to us and took care of all the loud distubances in the... more

Don't waste your money and vacation staying at this hotel. The hotel is overpriced and has no ammenities. Our small room with no chair to sit on was absolutely disgusting...the curtains were falling off the rod which had come apart from the wall, the air conditioner knobs fell off when we turned it on, (the hotels solution was a pair... more

I chose the Moulton because I wanted my teens to have a chance to stay "downtown" in Hampton. When I looked it up on Trip Advisor, the Moulton was rated #5, so I thought, it looks crappy, but okay I'll try it. Room #1 (oh yes, we were moved). Less than average space, two double beds, balcony with barely width... more

The manager was rude, I waited 10 min. while he took a personel call before he would talk to me. Then the parking was 4 blocks away from the hotel. There is a 1:30 am curfue that they don't tell you about so me and my family had to make sure we were back before that time or we would... more
