We stayed there several times over the summer. The hotel is very nice and the owners are great people. The service is great and they make your vacation a great time. It is the best location on the beach and they have parking.

I ventured to Hampton Beach with my family (six adults, three kids under the age of 7) for the first time and stayed at the Hillcrest Inn on the advice of a family member who has stayed there before. As I understand it, the hotel's ownership changed in the Spring of 2014 so our stay occurred under the new ownership.... More

We stayed at the Hillcrest Inn on 09/01/2014. Room was ok except when we went to go to bed and lifted up the sheets and comforter. It was stained and soaked with pee!!!!!!!!! No word to lie!!! We would have called the office but we didn't go to bed until late. Disgusting and unsanitary to say the least!!! So we... More

Off-site parking, no elevator, filthy, filthy, filthy common areas and room, smelled bad, sticky surfaces, visceral shudders from my wife and daughter at the state of the "hotel". Creepy cameras everywhere with creepy people watching them. We left, ate the cost of the room ($180) and were grateful to find a place 20 miles away that was clean and run... More

The Hillcrest Inn is completely disgusting. The place is horribly dirty, old and smells like mold. Anyone with a shred of dignity or pride shouldn't stay there. There were beer caps left under the bed, ants crawling on the fridge, and the carpets were blackened with filth. The whole place smells like stale beer and cigarettes, the staff are incompetent... We rented 3 adjoining rooms for 3 nights. We had three children from 2 to 7 years old and one 16 year old. The hotel's sparkling clean heated pool and and the playground across the street helped make it a fun vacation. Great location right in the middle of the main drag. A short walk to the Wednesday night fireworks... More

This is a hotel in need of a lot of updates. That being said, it's in a spectacular location. Close to (across the street from) the beach and even the Casino Ballroom if you are going for a show. Our room was clean enough, but the patio was scary. Everything was covered in flies, and the patio furniture didn't seem... More

1. Mix up in reservations! Paid for a room with two queen beds and a balcony. Got a room with 2 double beds & no balcony. We had reserved and paid for three nights. 2. I came with my new vehicle (1 week old) that is worth a pretty penny. I was very disappointed to learn that we had to... More

We stayed for 1 night and the Hillcrest was right across from the beach with a ton of things to do within walking distance. The parking spaces are around the corner from the building. The rooms are small but very clean but we weren't in the room other than to clean up and sleep so it was perfect. The bathroom... More
