great hotel nice prices .. The hot tub and seating area is a fun little spot .. Nice cheap place for a short notice hiking trip or a weekend up north.. A little out dated but that's nothing important. Also they allow dogs!!

Our plan was to find a cheap decent place to crash after driving 12hrs that would be close enough to get us on the hills early the next day at Sunday River. We got just that. Price was unbeatable...i tried for days. Location was perfect for grocery and beer shopping (no tax!) and left about a 30 minute drive in... More

I stayed here for a night during my trip to Mount Washington along with friends. The price was significantly on the lower side yet the facility was well maintained and clean. My room had two double beds which were enough to house 4 of us. The receptionist also gave us sufficient towels for making our overnight stay comfortable. The place... More

Very outdates decor, desparately needs a remodel, but, it was clean, included fridge and microwave in room, and the motel had a hot tub in good working order! Perfectly functional for our needs and cheaper by $20 than others in the area.

Internet find at $45/night. I was expecting (and wanting) a dated but clean place to stay near the White Mountains and that's exactly what I got. We arrived late and the office was closed. They had left us a note & the keys in the mailbox and said we would meet up in the morning. The room was clean and... More

We had to pay with cash the credit card machine was broken. The lady gave us our key and said Good Luck I don't know why there is only one key. When we got to the room a sign on the door said "Do Not Disturb". We unlocked the door and went in the room hadn't been cleaned and the... More

We booked a single-bed room, and there was a great deal at $103 for two nights. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They spoke French, which is nice for Canadians who don't speak English. The room was large enough for the two of us. Style may be out of date a bit, but I do not care at all. I... More

The lobby smelled full of smoke. Whomever works there must always smoke indoors all day. Rooms were outdated but clean. My non-smoking room was good. Walls are dark so it has a ‘dark’ feel to it. Hard to find a place to plug in charger/laptop. Good location for the area. Just a simple lock; no bolt/chain to lock/close door and... More

The first thing we noticed was no pool. Covered over with concrete. The receptionist was sweet, yet technologically inept. The room size was ok, has a fridge, tiny shower/toilet space. The worst part was the creaky floors. I felt so bad for the people below me!!!! We tried to be quiet, but no matter how tippy-toed we walked, it was... More

My friends and I were doing a traverse of the Presidential trails, and needed a cheap, clean place to stay that was near the start. We got exactly what we wanted. The room was under 100 dollars, was very clean, and about 15 minutes away from the Appalachian trail head. The staff was very accommodating, and left the key in... More
