Was suppose to stay there this weekend we had made reservations last week for Saturday-Tuesday so we called today to confirm and the lady that answered was like we only have you for Monday! REALLY! We traveled to Gilford to drop our son off there. I found this resort on line and made reservations. I must say after reading the reviews I was quite apprehensive especially regarding the cleanliness factor, as a result my anxiety was high. I could not imagine a group of people as stated in the reviews that could be so rude.... More

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was not ready for hours after the posted check-in time and the man at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. We stayed at the Misty Harbor overnight in May. The room was beautiful and clean. We walked down to the beach which was also beautiful and clean as was the indoor pool.
