We exchanged in to this property via RCI timeshares and did not expect too much based on the reviews we'd seen. But since it was right next door to Canon Mt we decided to give it a try. Great decision!!! Excellent and challenging skiing right next door, is walking distance to the Mittersill double chair lift. This is expert terrain... More

We have owed a week at Mittersill for over 5 years now. The location is great for skiing- 2 minutes/walking distance to Cannon, 25 minutes to Bretton Woods, 20 minutes to Loon. The surrounding area is beautiful, no matter what season. The facility is dated and could use some renovations, but my family loves coming here each year. There is... More

Stayed Xmas week 2014. We're the only people there. Old indoor pool-cold. Old style hot tub. Newer spa. Nothing special. Confused staff. Elements on stove not working. No one in lounge or game room. Would not recommend. This place needs an overhaul.

My husband and I with our two children ages 3&5 rented a single family unit in Alpine Resorts at Cannon Mountain for a summer vacation. Very clean, recently renovated kitchen and baths. Thereis plenty of room and it has a laundry room which is key with young kids. Santas Village is an easy half hour ride and Clark's Trading Post... More

We have been going there for 21 years, A great place to get away find friends ski slopes. It is outstanding for nature lovers. We have never encounter any problems. Staff couldn't be more friendly and welcome it was very relaxing well located very nice for skiing locations. The skiers were well catered for the surrounding places. The rooms were... More

The Mittersill Alpine Resort was the smallest 2 bedroom unit i have ever stayed at (and i have stayed at 4 others) and the decorations reminded me of the 80's. The reason for a rating of 1 star was because management showed no concern and waited 4 days before following up with me about my injury. Their insurance company actually... More

Great location at the base of Cannon Mountain in Franconia Notch - same exit as Echo Lake. Reminds me a little of the Overlook Hotel in The Shining. There are lots of interesting, old pictures from its hey day. The hotel rambles you can see where each addition was made to the property. Place could really use a full restaurant.... More

This is definitely an "older" property, but upkeep is good. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a one bedroom overlooking the pool and mountain. Quiet most of the time with mainly older adults during our visit in late August. No amenities on the premises really, but location is ideal for exploring the Franconia and White Mountains areas.

We traded a week in VA for this resort. Big disappointment. Rooms are two old hotel rooms converted to one unit. Small kitchen and bath. Both room doors are still in use. Room was clean and furniture was in good shape. No air conditioning, just a small fan. It was over 85 degrees every day! No restaurant, just a small... More

We called ahead to let them know that we would be arriving late, so there was no problem when we checked in, the staff was nice, but they charged for everything and closed the pool at 7pm (it was supposed to be open until 10pm) with no explaination. Extra charges for movies, games, etc, our second week in NH was... More
