My husband and I visited for two nights in early foliage season. The property and grounds are beautiful. Located off the Kancamagus highway, it is remote yet only a few miles from North Conway. Close to great hiking trails. We stayed in Laura's room which I highly recommend. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi... More

My wife and I decided to splash out on the Mount Washington suite, room 1. We weren't disappointed. The huge bed was very comfortable, the see-through fireplace was amazing and very hot, and the view through it, a vista over the mountains from the jacuzzi bath, was very pretty. The cost was pretty high as you'd expect ($300 plus tax,... More

We celebrated our first anniversary there in 2005 and last weekend our 10th. We had the most wonderful, memorable time. We met so many great people our first night as they were displaying art from people in the area. We got to meet the artists and they were incredibly nice. Marc the owner is a sweetheart. The staff welcoming friendly... More

The Darby Hill Inn was the last Inn on our wonderful Bike the Whites trip. All 3 Inns were outstanding in their own way. From the lovely dinners and scrumptious hearty breakfasts at the 1785 Inn, The Inn at Crystal Lake, and the Darby Field Inn we were more then ready to ride the Beautiful roads of the White Mountains.... I am really glad you enjoyed your time pedaling the roads of the Mt. Washington Valley between our inns. I have to say Bike the Whites guests are without a doubt some of the nicest, so we're glad you liked us, too! More

Located just of the Kancamagus Highway near North Conway NH, this beautiful hillside inn offers a great view of the Presidential Range. The complimentary "made to offer" breakfast was a great way to start the day (while watching the birds at the feeder outside the windows). We ate dinner there one night and it too was delicious and well presented.... More

Marc was a wonderful host with a great knowledge of the surrounding area and places to go. He went out of his way to make our experience more enjoyable!! This historic Inn is beautiful and our room was gorgeous. The food was excellent as well. It had gorgeous views of the mountains and was an outstanding value! Sue and Dave

This inn has great views and comfy rooms and it's right off the kancamagus highway. We had a gas fireplace in the room which was nice and the view of the presidential mountain range from our window was good. The breakfast was tasty we had pancakes one morning they were great. I would recommend this inn to anyone who wants... More

The Darby Field Inn is located on a hillside that affords an incredible view of the Presidential Mountain Range. Combine that with very helpful and friendly staff, a dedicated and caring innkeeper and delicious breakfasts and you have great lodgings.

My boyfriend and I came here for our first long weekend away together. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff was extremely friendly, the place itself was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We stayed in Tess's room and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. We had a fireplace in the room and a little sitting area.... More

My husband & I stayed here February 2013 through a Living Social deal, so when the deal was offered again, we jumped right on it. We stayed in Room 11, Tess' room, which is one of two rooms on the third level. The room was small, but comfortable, clean & had a nice view. The bathroom was clean and manageable... More
