The building shown is not where you stay. There is a very old motel out back. There is no office, you have to find someone in the bar to check you in. There is no table, coffee pot fridge or microwave in the room. It does have an old 17" color TV. I think that was the last upgrade.

We stayed here on a spur of the moment ATV trip. We were not impressed. First, it took us quite some time to find the person we needed to talk to, to get a room. Once we got a room in the motel portion of the inn, the room was very outdated. The bed was horrible. Did not get a... More

I visited my daughter in Columbia in Sept. The Dancing Bear Pub was only opened a short time then, and the outside still had to be finished. During my three weeks visit we had lunch there 3 or 4 times when we went to town, and enjoyed the food & atmosphere very much. We noticed there would be outside dining... More

Friends recommended the newly renovated RiverEdge Inn on the Main Street in Colebrook, New Hamspshire and we stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are out back, separate from the main building. It's great to be able to back right up to the door and unload the car. The room smelled nice and fresh and clean with new bathroom fixtures installed.... More

Colebrook is located in the beautiful North Woods Country of New Hampshire and there is something to do there every season like snowmobiling in winter, fishing and looking at Fall's colors. What Colebrook lacks is a good restaurant since the old Sutton Place closed a few years ago. The Dancing Bear Pub is trying to fill that void and just... More

Note- This place is closed and has been totally renovated by new owners. It is now called The Dancing Bear Pub and Rivers Edge Inn. They just opened up in Mid September. The place is beautiful, excellent food, excellent service and the prices are great. They have a pub/bar menu and also have a dining menu. Nicest place in Colebrook.... More

Food (if thats want you want to call it) overpriced and little portons. Bar is good if you want watered down drinks. I'm a social drinker and after 3 drinks I get my buzz on, but here after 5 drinks and still passed a breathalyzer test. Room- Was a funky smell (cigs with mold maybe) middle of night mice run...
