We attended a family 50th anniversary in Claremont and stayed at this Motor Lodge for 8 nights. We have stayed here before and the management is very considerate and works very hard to serve your needs. The rooms are clean and neat and comfortable and the price is reasonable as compared to other available hotels.

I had a memorial service in Claremont, NH I had to attend on 11/17/2012 and needed a room that was affordable and in or near Claremont. Unfortunately there's not many choices for lodging in the immediate area, and after reading the bad reviews about the Rodeway Inn decided I'd go with the Claremont Motor Lodge. Checked in mid-evening on 11/16... More

We stayed at 25 low priced, mostly locally owned and family run hotels during our most recent trip. This is one of the few I would not stay at again. The room had a strange aroma, and a very cramped bathroom. The chipping paint and poorly patched areas were quite distracting, and made me question what other shortcuts were taken.... More

This is a good place to stay overnight when you don't have an arm and a leg to spend(like us.) Our room was clean, large and had a kitchenette. The motel is located on outskirts of the city but was close to everything and also very close to Vermont where the motels get pricey quick. We will definitely be staying... More

First off we had a coupon for 10% off-hubby checked in & paid the bill & there was no discount. The rooms are very small, they are neat, but I was not all comfortable, love seat & bed were squeezed into the room. No place to put your things in the bathroom. That also was small. for one night ok,... More

I'd like to start off to say that when you first pull into the parking lot, its like something you see out of a bad horror movie. When we went to check in, the gentleman behind the desk was not very friendly or a people person at all. Then when we went to our room, there were men working on... More

The motel offers good rooms at a reasonable rate. They have done some refurbishing which makes the motel worth staying at. The only issue we noticed was a slight smell of mustiness in the room.

My four-year-old Son and I stayed at the Claremont Motor Lodge for a week in August (2008). The Owners had just installed new siding and windows and the contractors were finishing up around the office area and had the soffits and fascia boards left to replace. The furniture, bedding and drapes appeared new as well. The room was clean and... More

It's been said it isn't the Ritz and that's true. However, it is clean, quiet and reflects the NH lifestyle. The place sits off the road in a residential/rural area away from traffic and loud noises: yet each room is visible from the office and the restaurant on the other side of the stream. The towels could be thicker and... More
