I think I can at this point say we have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds. This one was less than we expected by a long shot. First off the lay out of the Oak Ridge Cabin shows and states a private patio with fire pit. It was a tiny patch of muddy dirt that pitched hard down to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the Labor Day long weekend. I called around to many campgrounds in the lakes region of New Hampshire. I was looking two specific items when reserving the camp site; that the campground was dog friendly and that we had a waterfront site. Both of these items were satisfied here! However, I was a... Beautiful campsite. Our lakefront site was spectacular. You could choose sites with or without water and electricity. The facilities were overall well maintained and very clean. The rec room does need some updating and repairs of equipment (ping pong, fuzbol and pool table) As tenters our only complaint is that there are many RVs and campers and the noise from... More

Stayed in a lakeside hook up with gas barbecue and garden furniture. Swimming in the lake was great with the small pool as an alternative. Staff very friendly and fine Saturday pancake breakfast. Good kids play area and well stocked store. Playroom a bit dated.

Campground is nice. Needs some updating. Mainly with restrooms. Showers constantly drip which is a big waste of water. Store smells really moldy. We had lakefront site which was beautiful and only way I would stay here again. Lots of backhoe noise during day. Bring good supply of food as stores in area are limited. Nice to be able to... More

We had originally planned to tent camp in the White Mountains of NH; however as I was still recovering from double pneumonia, we decided to make it easier on me by renting a cabin. So happy that we found Chocorua KOA! We particularly sought out a KOA facility because we know they are typically above average and Chocorua did not... More

We've camped for years but finally went seasonal once we found Chocorua Village Campgrounds. The grounds are really nice and the atmosphere is very friendly and family oriented. I only ask that they heat the pool.

We purchased a pop-up last May and we came across Chocorua Camping Village and we decided to try it out. We have been back every weekend once a month ever since! It is very clean, pet friendly and great overall hospitality. There is a lot of activities for children. All our children are grown but it is nice to see... More

We have been coming to this campground for several years and absolutely love it. We've tried other places but always come back to this one. We are tenting and usually book sites by the water with water and electric outlet. The sites are nice and good size, private with lots of trees. Many activities on site and in the area,... More

My family and I have been camping at Chocorua Camping Village for approx. 8 years. We have recommended not only to friends and family but strangers as well! The owners Lee & Shirley as well as the staff treat you and your family (including pets) like very close friends and try to make your stay there an extension of home!... More
